If you want to put your loved one here and never hear from them again, this is the place. No one will ever answer the phone and I now have no idea if my father is alive or dead. His doctor is trying to reach him about an upcoming procedure and can't get ahold of anyone. I have been trying for months. So, you'd better be prepared to drive there and knock on the door if you ever want to get any information about your family member.

My beloved was transferred to Hillside Manor after he received inadequate care at another personal care home. Alexis and all the care takers gave him such loving care and attention. He told Alexis she was an angel. She immediately contacted Hospice so he could be totally comfortable in his final days. The compassion they showed me is deeply appreciated and will never be forgotten. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Stay far, far away from this place! Understaffed, dirty, rotten food. Director [Name Removed] is a complete moron who lies to your face and owner [Name Removed] only cares about the money. Moved my father into home then they tried to charge him all kinds of fees along with treating him poorly. Everything was fine while on the tour but once my father moved in they completely changed. Had to remove my father and they still owe him money. Will not return calls, will not work with you at all. Do not subject you loved ones to there abuse.

We had a horrible experience with Hillside Manor. My mom was there 1 week and was hospitalized. [Name Removed] the manager is unprofessional and mean. She was so nice when we were touring and as soon as we placed our mom there she was nasty and unreachable. They did not like the fact that we visited daily. They didn’t want people there seeing the neglect and conditions. They owe my mom money and will not return our calls. Don’t place loved ones there please!!!!

Hamilton Hills is a pretty cool place to work. I've been employed here since December 2016 as the new Activities Director. It has been and continues to be a blast to come to work each and every day, knowing what an amazing team of co-workers will be there to help the Residents with all their needs. The staff here truly cares about the Residents as individuals, takes time to get to know them, and enjoys being with them throughout their day. Renovations are going on throughout the building, including a new activity room just off the main dining area, adjacent to the chapel. The Residents and I spend lots of time during the day completing activities, having special events, parties, and celebrating holidays. You can always check out what we are up to on our Facebook page!

My mother has been living here since November since she can no longer live on her own. The director , Ron, spent time with me , answering my many questions, helping me understand the placement process, and calming my nerves. The staff has gone above and beyond for mom. They are kind and attentive and treat her like she's family. The renovations are beautiful and provide a homey atmosphere. The activities fulfill the varied interests of the people staying there. Beverly , the administrative assistant, spends her free time visiting all the residents and makes sure family members are constantly updated on their loved ones. Assisted living is not a choice by many , rather a necessity. Hamilton Hills staff help those adjust to a "new" home life and make the most of it. I highly recommend this facility.

This is a great place to work. It is also I great place to take your family when they are in need of help. They are currently renovating the entire facility and it looks FABULOUS so far. I cannot wait to see the final product. The new administrator here is doing wonders for this facility and the surrounding community. He is making sure that all of the loose ends are tied so that the facility can run smoothly. I can honestly say that if I had someone in my family who lived on their own and needed assistance I would be very comfortable having them at Hamilton Hills.

I have worked at Hamilton hills since April and since getting a new administrator this facility is GREAT the renovations they are doing is making the facility more welcoming and home like the residents are doing more activities just last Friday on veterans day they took all the vets to the elks for a luncheon along with a special breakfast in the morning the staff is very caring and treat the residents like their own family ... If your looking to place a loved one in a personal care home I would definitely recommend Hamilton Hills .

I am impressed by the changes that are happening here at Hamilton Hills. There are lots of rennovations taking place and as soon as you walk in the door you sense an immediate welcoming feeling. We have some new staff that are working diligently to continue to make positive changes. The new Executive Director is a welcome change the facility. Come and visit and see the new direction the facility is taking - good things are happening at Hamilton HIlls Personal Care Home and I look forward to seeing and being a part of the transformation.
