This personal care home is clean and the girls do a wonderfl job!

This residence is VERY clean! We have never smelled urine when walking down the hall, which we noticed when touring several other personal care homes. Physically its a beautiful, spacious facility with much larger resident rooms-apartments compared to other personal care homes. The nursing staff and personal care aides are very friendly and caring, and they all work so hard! Overall, the entire staff has been extremely accommodating with my husbands 85- year old parents, who are requiring a lot of attention due to multiple falls and a strong desire for independence. The selling feature for my husband and I was that the daily rate remains the same regardless of how much assistance a resident might need. When we toured other personal care homes, services needed for a resident were often itemized, which would be very expensive as someones health deteriorated. Here, the response from the director was, We take care of our residents. Whatever they need. Were very pleased with the care my in-laws are receiving. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they seem a bit understaffed, especially on the weekends. It would also be nice if there were more activities scheduled for the more active residents on the weekends.

My es Dad has been at Siemons Heritage Personal Care Center for about four years and I cant compliment the management and staff enough for the treatment he receives. They treat him like family which makes feel comfortable as I live on the west coast and only get to travel back to spend time with him a couple of times a year!

I love The Heritage Personal Care Facility. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible. From the beautiful grounds to the wonderful rustic style indoor decor. This facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is not just friendly and professional, they become family. The best care around the area!!

Siemon's Heritage Personal Care Center is top in class! From the beautiful grounds, (especially the outside patio with the majestic Koi pond), to the warm, rustic designed center, and the nationally recognized quality care provided there, this place is hands down an amazing Personal Care Center!
