My mom spent two years at Hidden Meadows memory care. That was the best decision we could have made for mom. I have absolutely no complaints with the care that she got. Not everyone can do this type of work. I met some of the kindest people and I'm so proud to say that my mom was there. In the end she was on hospice and passed away peacefully in her bed w family around her. Thank you Tammy. You're an amazing lady with good communication skills. You never made me feel like I couldn't ask questions. There are so many staff that I want to thank. Every department treated my mom with the best care. They made her laugh and smile and gave her that comfort to tease back with them. Thank you Hidden Meadows for taking my mom through those last years of her life. Thank you for the support that you gave to us and helping us make decisions that we were unsure of. I'm going to miss all of you. I'm going to miss just sitting at the dinner table talking with the ladies about life. I really enjoyed my visits and EVERY single time I left there, I would turn my head and look back and say it out loud as I walked to my car……"this place is the best decision we ever made ". We searched for quite a while to find the best place to bring Mom when she asked to move from her retirement community in Pittsburgh. We are so thankful that we chose Hidden Meadows. The location is lovely, Mom raves about the food, but what has stood out most is the staff. They are caring, going above and beyond to make Mom feel at home. When it was time for our dad to move into an assisted living apartment, we began looking at places in the area. The first time we visited Hidden Meadows on the Ridge … it was love at first sight! It definitely checked off all the boxes and more. Our dad is 92, active and social. This place is the perfect fit for him. The staff is amazing… kind, professional, patient and friendly to all. They go over and beyond to create a comfortable environment (and with a smile)! The food is good, the place is very clean and they offer many fun daily activities and entertainment for the residents. We visit often and are thrilled at what we see. And the most important thing is - that our dad is very happy in his new home! We searched many local retirement communities to find memory care for my mother. What initially impressed us with Hidden Meadows on the Ridge was the size of the facility for their residence. All other communities had a “wing” or one long hallway for their memory section. Hidden Meadows indoor facility is huge with four wings and two large common areas (one with birds ). Plenty of space for my mom to roam around as she loves to walk. Another nice feature is the “always available” outside gardens. If they want to go outside – they can. All the other facilities we visited had very restrictive schedules for any outdoor time (i.e. once a week for an hour or two) and no walking. Hidden Meadows on the Ridge has a walking path around the building. While this may not be important for everyone, my mom is an outside person who loves to walk. After the visit we decided this was the place for my mom and now after 6 weeks we know it was the right decision. While my mom did not want to move, she is happy. The staff is attentive and kind, the residents are well occupied, and the facility is clean. Every time we visit there is something going on. My mom comments on how nice the staff are (and other residents) and she loves the food. If you are looking for a memory care facility for a loved one in Bucks or Montgomery County – we highly recommend Hidden Meadows on the Ridge.

I moved my Mom into the Memory Care at Hidden Meadows two months ago after an extensive search of over 10 facilities. Professionally, I spend alot of time in continuing care retirement facilities so I am very aware of what to look for. They checked all of the boxes! The staff is always helpful and when I visit they are very pleasant and kind. My Mom seems very content and I am confident I have placed her in a safe and loving environment. I would highly suggest you schedule a tour to learn more about their programs and am confident you will be very pleased!

We moved my mom back to PA from Florida after 30+ years. We had a lot of anxiety knowing that she needed 24/7 care that we couldn’t give her, plus having to move her out of the home she loved. I looked at several facilities, but as soon as I pulled up to Hidden Meadows, I thought I pulled up to a quaint Country Inn. It really does have that feeling, both inside and outside. My mom even tells her new Doctors that she loves living there. It’s the people that work there that make Hidden Meadows so special. They take excellent care of her. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Hidden Meadows. They really take an interest in her and let her have her dignity. They take an interest in you as a family member, too. When I visit my mom, I enjoy visiting with staff and other residents. They make you feel like part of their family. We, as a family, are very happy to have found Hidden Meadows and that my mom is happy. Visit them and find out for yourself. They will really put your mind at ease. I highly recommend them for a loved one.

We've been looking for a community for our mom who needs memory care. Knowing what your family member needs is only half the task. Finding the right place is the other half. Along with my brother and sil, we reached out for 3rd party help & Hidden Meadows was one of the places we visited. The location of the community is ideally suited; it's very clean and welcoming. I was there early in the morning when residents were beginning their day. A variety of short activities are scheduled throughout each day, to keep community members engaged. Raised gardens, walking paths, in-house prepared meals, and an aviary, along with other guest-centered features, are all designed to ease the confusion for memory care residents. The rooms are spacious and can be decorated by family member for the comfort of the resident. Also, the advisor who accompanied me on my visit has been incredibly helpful. This is just a few reasons why we feel this is an excellent location for our mom's care. Although I'll review it separately, the third-party we consulted for help with this process is "A Place For Mom" and they were wonderful.

I moved my family member into this community and right away maintenance hung the television and pictures for us they were amazing! By the end of the day my loved one was participating in the activities and had met new friends. I hear all of the time now that he wishes he did this sooner.Eric was a tremendous help from the beginning through the move in process. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. Our mom needed care beyond what we could provide for her at home. We visited a few different senior living places and we unanimously decided on Hidden Meadows On the Ridge. From the first moment we stepped in, it felt like "home". We were happy to see residents out and about and they were so friendly and ready to chat. They were involved in a stretch class that was being held. Once we got our mom moved in, we had daily interactions with the nursing staff, and the aides, as well as the director. Everyone from day one was incredibly friendly, accommodating and truly cared about our mom's well-being. Our mom had a disease which limited her communication skills and they remained patient in trying to figure out what she was trying to tell them. They even got to the point where many of them could tell what our mom was trying to relay by her facial expressions. Our mom was a resident there for 4 months. As her disease progressed, the staff at Hidden Meadows remained vigilant in caring for her and keeping her comfortable. They communicated with my sister and me frequently to keep us updated. While choosing a senior care community for a loved one is not easy, we were so thankful that we were led here. They were family oriented and made many accommodations to ensure that our mom was able to remain connected to her family and friends. I highly recommend Hidden Meadows to anyone in a position where you need extra support in the care of a loved one.

My Dad has lived at Hidden Meadows for about 2 months and he really likes it. He had come from Ann's Choice in Warminster, which was a nightmare. The move in experience went smoothly and Eric was super helpful with the paperwork and answering any questions we had before the move. The staff and residents are all very nice and he's made many friends already. He really likes the food and especially the desserts. They have many activities during the day to keep him busy or he can hang out in his very spacious room. The design of the place is thoughtful as no resident has a long walk to the dining hall or activity area. I would recommend Hidden Meadows if you have family member that is in need of a very well run assisted living facility.

We were very anxiously in search of a place for our father and knew nothing of the process. We narrowed down our list of nursing homes to 5 with the help of Kathy Freed from A Place for Mom. We sent out a questionnaire to the 5 homes that we were interested. Eric Bleiweis the Senior Lifestyle Counselor at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge was fabulous! He provided answers to every question we had and if he did not know, he would respond within minutes! In the end, we selected Hidden Meadows. My father is happy! Now, his 8 children are happy!

My mother is 92 and reached the stage where she needed assisted living care. I searched the area and personally visited over 6 different facilities. Hidden Meadows was by far the nicest and cleanest place I found. To start it immediately passed the smell test. It did not smell bad. I found the rooms very accommodating and the staff very helpful. Making a transition like this is always difficult for all parties concerned. Hidden Meadows went out of their way to help me with what otherwise could have been a challenging and stressful process. I can say without hesitation that Hidden Meadows was the best place at an affordable cost in all of Bucks County. If you are the point where you need this sort of service you owe it to yourself and loved ones to check Hidden Meadows out.

My Dad lived at the Laurels. He passed away about a year ago. His stay there was the best thing my family needed at the time. Dad had dementia and towards the end was too much for my mom to handle. When Dad started to decline and the family decided it was time to put him on hospice. I can't thank the team for the care that they provided him. All the way up until the end, they cared for him like he was their own. Some of the staff when they found out he was close to going even came in on their day off to say goodbye or try to help him be comfortable. Those folks didn't know my Dad and barely knew us, but they cared for my dad and my family like we were their family. I can't thank them enough for how they took care of him.

I have been living at Hidden Meadows since December 2016! I followed my husband here who needed memory care at the Laurels building and I was able to walk from my apartment or be driven in bad weather by staff. Hidden Meadows allowed me to move back to bucks county where I was born and raised. Living here is clean and cheerful! Staff helps me with meals, cleaning, laundry, and other physical needs. I love the new dining room that allows me to eat at anytime during the day, it gives me the oppertunity to make appointments during the day and come back to a pleasant meal. I expect to have many more happy experiences here in the coming years!

We had a great time walking with the kids through both facilities. "Everyone was friendly and helpful. I think the residents could have given the children a little more candy because there was plenty. I'm not sure if they knew they could give more or thought they should only give one piece.
