Visited a family resident and was so impressed by the bright sun-filled facility! The entire atmosphere was one of clean fresh pleasantness and nice views. The sun porch was a beautiful place for residents to enjoy fresh air near their apartments. Many activities and wide variety of menu appear to be available along with caring staff.

I will recommend Phoebe Richland to anyone who asks how they are as a rehab or a long term facility back on May 7 2019 my partner had a stroke she was sent to Phebe Richland on May 17th when she first got there she didnt want to do anything but the staff helped me get her going and want to recover from this she was there for 2 months and the the aids and nurses and other staff members treated the two of us like we where family and thanks to the PT,OT,SPEECH therapist she got on her way to recovery on July 26 2019 she was released from Phebe and now she is home and going to out patient PT OT Speech therapy and doing well we are very grateful to the staff of the Phebe Richland community

My fathers wifes mother was a resident in Meadow Glen Personal Care at Phoebe Richland and had an amazing experience. Moving into Phoebe made her social again and gave her a purpose (not to mention the apartments are brand new and beautiful). The staff was amazing to her, and after a stroke she entered the rehab neighborhood at Richland, which was even better than expected. She recovered in just a few short weeks and we were all so grateful for the staffs dedication and kindness.

I love the dining room at Meadow Glen! Beautiful space, really nice people, really good food. The folks that live there are so kind. I particularly like their super large chalk board menu. Easy to see!

Great place with caring staff and the best therapy team anywhere. My dad was here for rehab and he loved the nursing staff and received top notch therapy to get him back home. Clean rooms, excellent food. I would definitely recommend this 5 star rated place to everyone!

My father in law was here for rehab and the staff did an outstanding job getting him ready to go back home. Everyone was professional and friendly and the rehab neighborhood is beautiful.

I cant say enough positive things with regards to Phoebe Richland. My father was there for a few weeks for rehab and he was given excellent care. No matter what time of day we visited there was always caring and competent staff. Cura which provides the food service is an excellent company with regards to food service. They focus on quality which was quite evident when my father ate his meals. He had his choice of whatever was on the menu that day as well as additional offerings. I believe there is no other facility that is able to match the quality of care found at Phoebe Richland.

My father was here twice in the rehab unit. The compassion and expertise of the staff is beyond compare with other facilities in my opinion. I was confident he was is the best hands. He never had complaints. His doctor was in the facility multiple times a week checking in on him. I would, and have recommended Phoebe Richland to friends and family.

I have had the privilege of working at Phoebe Richland for 7 years and have worked along with several trained Chefs who take pride in what they prepare and serve. Elior supplies us with the finest Quality ingredients of fresh meats, vegetables etc. I believe our Residents are treated with kindness and care. I hope to continue my service here for years to come.
