We have been blessed to have such a caring staff to assist my mom. The Berkshire Commons crew has been a Godsend during the pandemic; resulting in the lowest infected rate and no harmful effects on their patients-protecting them/themselves with exceptional protocols. My mom experienced some minor to major crises and each event was handled with urgency and professional directive to insure maximum care. I cannot applaud the Berkshire Commons staff enough.

Friendly, interactive, and caring staff. The array of amenities and services offered is extensive and would make any resident happy to be part of a great community of professionals! The attention given to the recent pandemic just illustrates how each of the staff members at Berkshire Commons feels about their residents - they treat each resident like their own family and their care is second to none!

The staff members were incredibly friendly and genuinely care for their residents. During our last visit, we could see how happy our aunt was. In addition, I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. I definitely recommend Berkshire Commons for a senior living community.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. It was so amazing to see how they care for the residents as if they were family! I couldnt get over the sense of a very homey feel while visiting a family member. It makes it so much easier know thats she is well cared for. Extremely Professional staff! I was amazed at the genuine care for the residents that was displayed by all staff members we encountered in our recent experience while checking in our Aunt. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a senior living community.

The staff here care about the residents like they were family. Everyone does the best that they can during the pandemic and during. We all try to get around to residents and just spend a little extra time with them for companionship. I enjoy working here and doing what I can to make their lives a little better in anyway I can.

Berkshire Commons adult care facility proves to be a fantastic service oriented organization with a personal focus. The care unit substantiates its mettle in the care of the residents during the COVID19 pandemic. Driven by a staff attentive on the residents needs in an uncertain environment and a resident population which is confused and lonely as a result of of current isolation restrictions. The term above and beyond does not express their efforts while supplying comfort and adhering to care guidlines. Increased communication via net meetings and newsletter reporting is a godsend for family peace of mind in a challenging time.
