We love the Pinnacle! Mom is well cared for, has a beautiful apt and wonderful fellow residents and surroundings. The Pinnacle managers and other staff are first rate. If you are seeking the complete package for your loved one, this is the place.

Pinnacle is a beautiful, well maintained home. There are so many activities and indoor spaces like a movie theater and bistro as well as outdoor spaces that are well kept and engaging, like raised garden beds. The apartments and shared spaces are so clean and inviting. I also have to leave a kudos for Colleen G who worked tirelessly to support my mother. She was so supportive, thoughtful, funny and amazingly adaptive as we worked to find the right space for my mother to live. I am so grateful to Pinnacle and to Colleen.

I am very happy and have made great friends here at The Pinnacle. I am so glad that I looked ahead and decided to move when I did. We have wonderful social events, the best is Happy Hour. We have a lot of trips to restaurants, museums, and much more. The food is excellent, the fish options are amazing, as well as all the other selections. This is a lovely place, it is put together well. Everyone is so friendly, I would recommend The Pinnacle to all my friends, family and anyone who is looking for a senior living community!

We toured The Pinnacle on Friday 7/1/22. Our tour was specific to the memory care space as we had toured the overall space back in the Fall 2021. Our tour guide was Colleen (Community Relations Director) and what a delight she was. She asked the necessary questions to understand the needs for our loved one. The Executive Director Susan joined in during the tour and took the time to introduce us to all staff members and then took time to talk with some of the residents. The space is welcoming and has a comforting feel about it.

Overall I would say that I am very happy here. The people are friendly, the food is good, I am very happy with my apartment. I like getting involved with various activities like Happy Hour, Pinochle, Rummikub, and Cansta. I love that they offer a shuttle service to take me around town. I get weekly housekeeping and linen service. The rates are affordable and they do not have a "buy-in" fees. I would definitely recommend The Pinnacle for anyone looking for senior living!

I had been to several personal care facilities both in Florida and in Pennsylvania. The setup at Pinnacle is lightyears ahead of most others. It is clean, welcoming, and the staff is friendly and top-notch. From the management on down, they made my moms stay there an experience we will never forget. Thank you Pinnacle!

The Pinnacle is the perfect place for my sister. They offer so much for their residents. The place is beautiful and the food is outstanding. I couldnt be happier with the accommodations. I would highly recommend it.

My parents were among the first to move in to the newly constructed Pinnacle in Plymouth Meeting, PA. We encountered the expected uncertainties in terms of how such a move can be emotionally processed and moving in the throes of a global health emergency certainly added to it all. The staff at the Pinnacle were all aces from the start. They are the crème de la crème in helping residents feel safe, secure and most importantly, at home.

I moved into The Pinnacle when it first opened in August of 2020. It is a beautiful and well-planned structure. They thought of everything, and there is a myriad of dining and activity opportunities. If guests or grandchildren visit, they can get age-appropriate snacks at the Pub or other venue. Or play pool or video games in the Game Room. The Library and arts and craft Studio are well-appointed, and there is a beautiful grand piano as the centerpiece of the Music Conservatory! The resident rooms are beautiful, and Sierra the Housekeeping Director does a great job keeping them that way. There is a fascinating variety of residents, always someone with whom to chat or share stories. Yet The Pinnacle is not some behemoth with endless corridors. The staff is attentive to every need, every whim! There is a Concierge at the front desk, Doreen, who arranges those requests. Meals are varied and delicious, and our chefs Peter and Antoine are cleaver and creative. Planned, offered activities are equally varied and enjoyable. The hallway, artwork, outdoor decks, the gym, and all the careful facilities and flairs make The Pinnacle our home. A home about which are very proud.

Erin is very hospitable and friendly. Talica helped me carry in my bags, even though she was done her shift. Shes kind and always ready to help out. The people here are really outstandingly nice. For my husband, the team assisted my family with a last moment 90th birthday party!

Gerry and Natalie were very helpful when we moved in. Everybodys been helpful but Gerry and Natalie went above and beyond, helping us get pictures hung, our belongings moved in and being kind and welcoming. I would definitely be willing to ask my friends to visit.

This place is full of kind and helpful staff. Theres always someone here to fix anything I need, especially Gerry the head of maintenance. I enjoy being outside, theres a path outside the whole building and a nearby park that I enjoy. The security here is very good, with signing in and out and checking temperatures with regards to protecting us from Covid. I feel secure and valued.

I am currently employed here at the Pinnacle. Words are not enough. I have been in this business for over 15 years and this is by far the most beautiful building I have worked. It is not all looks. We have managed to create a team of positivity. This team goes above and beyond for its residents and its employees.

The Pinnacle is absolutely stunning! Everything is so clean and beautiful. The staff are so friendly. The first person I see when I walk in is Doreen, the concierge and she is so helpful and welcoming. The director Joe is so accommodating and really cares about the residence here. Chris, the activities director is fantastic and I can tell she really loves her job! This is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it.
