The Pines of Mt Lebanon is a great place to work. It’s a little community tucked away in Mt Lebanon. The facility is clean and fresh. The residents and their families are wonderful. Residents enjoy the diverse activities and home cooked meals. The staff takes great care of the residents and the residents enjoy being with the staff. The newer management team works well together and all the employees are well trained in Senior Living as well as the Memory Care unit. If you want a job with great benefits come see us!

person centered care, the staff incentives are the best I have ever experienced and I have worked in several senior communities. We are now the only Diabetic centered community in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We have a great team of employees and Management who all truly care about the work we do.

I checked out numerous Assisted Living Centers around the Mount Lebanon PA area from December 2019 thru January 2020. Stephanie Steiger at The Pines of Mt Lebanon provided me great information on how to get Veteran Benefits for my Dad, who served in the Korean War. (As a result, we did obtain VA benefits to help pay for their expenses). After checking out several centers, we made the decision to place our parents in The Pines mid March, around the COVID-19 crackdown. Belinda McQuaide and staff have taken excellent care of our parents.

The community is a hidden gem in Mt. Lebanon. The staff is caring and kind. It is odor free and very clean.

This is a hidden gem in Mt Lebanon! Close to everything in the town without all the hassles of South Hills travel. I used to work here as the Executive Director and it is a great place! They also added memory care here which is an extra level for those challenged with memory loss. It has a nice secure court yard too.

I am so appreciative. I find the managers always available and they keep following up to make sure things are good. My family is there because I cant be available all the time. They give the support needed.

My father John Rylander loved the Pines! He used to say Home Sweet Home! The people were wonderful and the food was delicious!

They have been very responsive when I had a difficulty and rectified the situation clearly. The staff they have works so hard and my mom has bonded with a few of the girls. Shes happy so Im happy!
