It's not that bad but the owner is really a slum lord and it takes several attempts and basically threats of calling someone from the state to get anything fixed and at times I believe they just pay a time and keep it moving as usual especially when and elderly tenant doesn't have family to ensure things get done properly. Also from several tenants I have heard that even though it's next door to zone 2 police station at times cars in the lot have been vandalized and broken into. And the security isn't always in there office because they do make rounds and they only staff one guard at a time. Also there is never anyone in the building managing the building but be sure to pay you rent on time because they will evict right away regardless of the lack of communication with the tenants. The tenants are seniors and are still nice and welcoming and do there best with what they are baring but being someone who comes to work there and assist it sad ends me to see how poorly our elders are being treated. I didn't know that when you get to that age that is referred to as the golden years it meant getting pissed on. Smh Oh and btw the number on the web is a non working number and getting ahold of a manager is almost impossible.
