I'm a home health professional and I enter many different types of residence,Crafton Plaza is definitely my favorite place to visit.The staff are kind and friendly the building is always clean and well maintained you can always find someone in the office M-F 7a to 5p. The residents are friendly and make me feel like I've known them all for years

I moved in to Crafton plaza almost one year ago. It has been the best move. I could have made everyone is friendly and very helpful. I feel so safe and do not have to worry Staff has felt like family to me and I can not thank them enough for all they do to keep us safe I highly recommend Crafton Plaza to friends and let them know how much I love being here.

I love living here. The manager, Sherr-ie is always so pleasant, as are Carrie the coordinator, and of course Robert, our maintenance and all-around handyman! He's the best. Always responds rapidly when an issue arises.

Three years into staying at this highrise and today I felt it right to leave a review. We had our fire alarm system tested today, and we had our patience tested as well as a community. I noticed the way that the staff worked together in a way seldom seen in any line of work. They made the process as painless as possible despite the stress. Aside from that they always keep the atmosphere clean and pleasant; special shout out to our maintenance man who is one of the friendliest and most hardworking individuals I've seen. I may be one of the youngest in the building but I've built solid camaraderies with many here and haven't met anyone I couldn't get along with. Close access to the bus way, shopping, and restaurants. I feel I really lucked out to be able to call this place a home at this point in my life. Gratitude to all the residents and the staff who have made this an admirable place to live.

If you're debating whether to come here or not, let me tell you this, it's the place to be, well maintained, very knowledgeable stuff, and very secure!! Always something to do here, from bingo to lunch bunch, to our Library, movie night & much, much more..Hope you find this helpful in your decision!

My son & I have only been living here since March of this year, but everyone is so kind & friendly, that we feel like we are longtime members of the Crafton Plaza Family! Sherr-ie & Carrie are the best!! So friendly & helpful!! We Love it here!!!
