My husband has dementia and is in the memory card unit. I am pleased with his care. He is treated with dignity and respect. The staff are caring. If I have a concern it is dealt with in a timely manner. Am so glad there is a place close by as I visit often.

Woodbridge Place is a wonderful community. Tracey, Maria, Kristy, Emi, Kiki (to name a few) always go above and beyond for their residents. They treat them with care and compassion, and as if they were a part of their families. My team is an extension of the care that they provide to their residents and we are grateful to be able to provide services in their community. This team loves what they do and it shows. My mom had a tour with Tracy. Being 3000 miles away; it is hard to manage a move for my 86 year old mom. The staff promptly called me, told me 3 crucial details of my mother's needs and were professional, caring, and highly knowledgable of gerontology.

My brother and I moved our mom into memory care a little over a month ago. She is content and seems happy amongst her new friends. The staff are constantly busy helping each person. They treat everyone with dignity and don't seem to get overwhelmed when it seems hectic. The new management are nice and willing to talk anytime. It’s never easy to admit when a loved one is not able to stay at home. I’m Thankful for places like Woodbridge.

As a contractor who did a recent job for the building all I can say is how wonderful and amazing the management and all the staff were. I was amazed how the employees interact with each other and the residents who live there. I watched the staff go out of their way to make the residents happy. I even joked with the staff saying I would like a part time job in their maintenance department. I believe it is a great place to work and also would recommend it to family and friends who are looking for a home for their loved one.

After carefully reviewing options with my mom, our family decided that the best place for her to receive the care that she needs is Woodbridge. And since she has moved in about 3 weeks ago, she is happy, she is making new friends, she is getting the care that she needs, but most importantly, she is respected. I am happy that she is at Woodbridge.

I just started working here at Woodbridge place. The staff has been very sweet and accommodating to my hours of being a single mother. They are encouraging and we get the patients up and out of their rooms to enjoy some different activities held all day. I would recommend this to any family or friend if their parents or family member is looking for a place.

My family has been very happy with choosing Woodbridge Place in Phoenixville, PA to care for our 95 year old mother. She has been a resident in this Personal Care Community for almost a year and has adjusted extremely well thanks to the professional and compassionate staff who always go out of their way to assist her. Mom attends an exercise class daily, enjoys dining with her new friends and is especially fond of the entertainment. With routine hair salon appointment there, she looks and feels good about herself all the time. Moving into Woodbridge Place has been a blessing for Mom and our family. My grandmother has lived at Woodbridge Place for 2 years and though she did not want to leave her home of 25+ years she realized she needed more supervision and assistance. The WBP staff (from the executive director Deb to Carlos, the maintenance director) has always treated her with kindness, consideration, and respect. She engages in the daily activities and often goes out on the community outings when encouraged by the activity staff. The new director of nursing, Chuck is very engaging and attentive to her needs and our familys concerns. We feel blessed to know our mom-grandmother- great grandmother is safe, happy, and well taken care of when we leave her after a visit. Keep up the good work!

Walked in for a uninvited tour with no appointment and let me tell you this place is lovely and the building is so clean. The staff was very welcoming and every one of them smiling as if the loved taking care of the residents. Residents was singing in the cafe, the apartments was the perfect size and the dining room is beautiful. Woodbridge Place is the perfect home for my father n law.

Woodbridge Place is a very clean facility with a staff that provides cheerful and loving attention to its residents. I have seen great improvement in services over the past year. Their house primary care providers (Doctors and Nurse Practitioners) are very responsive and show tremendous expertise in geriatrics. The leadership, from Executive Director Deb to the Nursing Director Chuck, are always available and compassionate. I highly recommend Woodbridge Place.

I am a resident at Woodbridge Place. I have lived in the community a year and can tell you that I am very pleased with Woodbridges activities, dining, and overall care. I especially appreciate their executive director, Deb. The community dog, Snowy, is wonderful with the residents and everyone loves her. I get to care for her in the evenings which is an added bonus for me!

Went to visit a family member over the holidays and the care staff was nothing short of amazing and very attentive to my family needs. The place is nice and clean and food was delicious. This was my first time ever visiting my aunt and I am glad she is in Woodbridge Place.

I cant say enough about Woodbridge Place! I sought them out when my father had an unexpected health crisis. They were the calm in the middle of the storm. They were so understanding and so helpful, making my fathers transition so easy and stress free for not only him, but his family as well. It truly is a gem! Everyone who works there has been so caring and compassionate! You can tell they sincerely want to help everyone! It is clean, quiet, incredibly friendly. People there are just good at their jobs! No one ever wants to put a loved one in assisted living, but if they cant be at home , Woodbridge Place is as close to home as they can be!

Wonderful experience. Staff, from the receptionist, to Director, and the important nurses/aids in between all showed great empathy and compassion on a very sensitive/difficult part of life.

The food is delicious and nicely presented. The nurses respond to my questions promptly and are informative.. Christina does a GREAT job with activities, always something new and exciting for Mom to make. Mom's room is always kept clean. Regarding staff members - all are kind and pleasant to our family. Our greatest joy is seeing and interacting with CARLOS ! ! ! His humor is contagious, we love him so much, he makes Mom smile ( and our family also). We vote for CARLOS as our favorite staff member. His great service is always with a smile.
