Please note things can always change. Nonetheless for the past year staff has been stable, the facility has been clean and my brother’s needs and concerns has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition other residents appear comfortable and content. The program provides activities such as bingo, religious services by outside organizations.

I have been in Laurel Square over 1 yr and I truly love it here. I am very fond of the Nursing aide and love my Nurses int he facility. I visit Lulu Office to get candy and make jokes. I love my excersice group makes me feel like I am contributing to the facility and residents. In overall i truly feel great and blessed to be here. My goal is to find my own place when I can. Frank M

When we learn about Laurel Square we were skeptical. However the Sw said that weshoukdgoand tour thefacility and Ashford Lulu. They stated she was very nice and professional al and very upbeat. Wr had to meet her. She was very professional she showed off the facility and introduce us to the staff, physical therapy department. We loved that they had co.mynication line for our uncle . My family and I were very impressed with Lulu and her professionalism. She introduce all the nursing staff . Activity Director , physical therapy team. We came when all the residents were playing bingo and we saw with our own eyes the care given to everyone. We have decided to bring our family member J Gonzalez and she is very blessed. I’m glad to have met with Lulu and Her team for accepting her to the faculty we love her but due to our health we had to bring her to Laurel Square. is a clean place, the persons are very nices, lulu lebron is very sweet person she will be happy to answe any question you have. she speak spanish to, they call you any little thing about your love one, you can take them outside, they have activity every week and you can be there with them.

My aunt is residents here, lulu the one that run the place is a wonderful loving soul. She goes room by room to meet her patients here and make sure they are good and if there’s any issue (which there’s not) or concerns she would call you in a heartbeat. She is Latina and would communicate with Latin patients without a problem and if you don’t know English she’s always there to help. The facility is super clean and the nurses there are all pour joy.

Sra Lulu, very Professional in touring the facility. She made me feel like I was making a great choice in bringing my family members to the facility. She took the time to explain the procedure to how to make it happen. Staff all seemed friendly while she introduces them to us. Lulu was very professional and showed she ACTUALLY cared about me and my family. Looking for a good and honest place for my rehabilitation can be hard but LuLu was the best. Giving me the tour and getting me comfortable I just knew this would be the place I will be. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. Where ever she goes I will go. 100% recommend

I went on a tour to the facility for my grandfather and we had Lulu give us a tour. Lulu was great and very professional. She answered all of the questions and concerns we had thoroughly. Overall we felt this is a great place for my grandfather.

My mom has been at Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center since the end of May. I love how the staff cares for my mom. If I have a question or concern, it is addressed immediately! My niece is at Laurel Square and initially we were very concerned as she is in her early forties; however the staff have been amazing! We visit weekly and my niece has a strong support system and her direct care workers have provided her with a lot of positive support. She is genuinely happy at Laurel Square.
