Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been a good one to a degree. I am enjoying the atmosphere of the residence., However, someone removes something that did not belong to them on my first night here and the management is looking into it other than that my experience has been good. i’m living without a trashcan, but that’s OK because I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to live in a clean safe environment Which is what every human being deserves. I look forward to a long, happy stay At Guild house East.

My heat is not working properly. Maintance called me and came to my door at 1:30 AM. Definitely not a timely response.

I went here to visit a friend who has an efficiency. The heat is uncontrollable, so it's very hot at night, and they have mice. When people are talking in the hallways, it sounds like they're standing in the room with you. You must have a code to get in.

To whom it may concern, I would just like to take this time and opportunity to say that , I am a happy tenant at the Guild House East .And my stay here has been absolutely wonderful. They works so hard to meet your needs . I appreciate what they do ,and for how hard they work to make it happen for us . Their leadership is pleasant and professional. I love to have them here , Miss Garcia ,and the building manager Mr Andrew he’s absolutely amazing. I for sure ,will hate to see them ever leave this place .

Hi GUILD House to whom it my concern, I would like to send a review on the apartment living in GUILD House East. Since me and my wife have lived here the management has been great meeting our needs. And Miss Garcia has been very helpful unto us. She and Mr Andrew have done and awesome job running the office duties. I find their work effort amazingly professional. If there's a problem they fix it. I hope that they will never leave this sight, because if they did we would be heartbroken.

Well I only been here a year and I went through the renovation all the work was done very prompt and very very good the staff is wonderful we still need security and a few other things but I guess they're working on it. Andrew and Garcia a very helpful with problems they try to work everything out overall like they say there's no place like home.
