My 97 year old grandmother lives here. Her HVAC unit is leaking, her apartment floor us saturated with water. My mother and I have pleaded with on-site repair for assistance and I spoke with Maurice Rouse via email who informed me that the issue would be resolved however the water was vacuumed only and now the apartment floor is now saturated again. Make sure you check the HVAC system before considering. My grandma is now walking around her apartment in sneakers instead on bedroom shoes. This is no way for a veteran should spend her last days.

It’s a great place it clean there’s a laundry rooms which is convenient the people who live there are nice friendly the the guys who manage it are on point if you have a issue it’s handled in a timely manner you have everything close there’s a supermarket drugstore the bus is right at your front door I love it they have bingo church paint with a twist I find it a fun place and there’s security at night only thing missing is a door man LoL and o yea you can sit outside looks like your in the park that’s where we come to smoke our cigarettes

Hi, Last week, I had an appointment with Christine White, property manager at Brith Shalom House in Philadelphia for my brother. What a pleasant experience, not only are the apartments clean, nice with huge windows and lots of natural light but they were spacious with great closet space and a nice size kitchen and bath. The public areas of the building were welcoming quiet and very homey. But the best part of the visit was Christine herself! She was friendly, helpful answered all of our questions and treated us like family! She introduced us to the staff members we encountered along the was and was very understanding with my brother who doesn’t walk very fast too. She even waited patiently when he had to sit a rest for a few minutes. As of the time of my writing this we are waiting for his application to be processed, and we are hopeful that we found his future home here!

I was just accepted into this place. And what I've seen is they constantly have something going on throughout the day for the residents. You dont even have to leave your apt. If you dont want too. If you wanna get your grocery order delivered. You can have that. Everything is within walking distance. Unless you drive. or take a taxi. I move in next month & already have plans on some upcoming trips with the rest of the residents. I am looking forward to them. And to get some Christmas shopping done too!

From what I saw, this is a diverse senior community. Everyone seemed happy. The management staff is knowledgeable , patient and eager to assist. Hopefully there is space for me!

My dad Sylvester Foxworth is a resident their. I was very happy when he got approved to move in. The management and tenants from what I have seen are very nice people. The building is very clean and the apartments are good accommodations for single and married couples and they have good security. My dad is very well loved and known around the building.. I thank God for BSH 🙂
