My friend Leona moved into Daylesford Crossing, in Paoli, PA about a week ago. I have to tell you that EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE at this residence IS FABULOUS and knows her by name!!!!!’ Very rare these days! I’ll say it again. EVERY employee at this facility is fabulous because they treat her with respect and dignity. She is 98 years strong, vibrant, and attuned. The Director of Community Relations, Denise Cleveland said that her facility would take care of my friend and she was absolutely correct! My friend’s days are filled with life and she is so grateful for this experience!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR LOVE AND CARE!

My grandmother is living the memory care unit (Connections) and I only have great things to say. The aides that work in that unit very obviously care about each of the residents and their well being. When I first walked in, I asked about where to find my grandmother and they knew exactly where she was, what she was doing, and they were able to tell me how she is. The women working there are absolutely amazing and I am so thankful that they are caring for my grandmother. In the moments between visits with her the aides told us stories and us questions about her. Assisted Living Facilities can be scary sometimes, especially the memory care sections. You worry about leaving your loved one in the care of someone else, but all of those worries are completely gone with Daylesford Crossing. My grandmother is being so well taken care of and I cannot be happier or more thankful.
