Our experience has been wonderful. The people are very caring and go out of their way to make sure your loved one is well taken care of. Its a beautiful location and feels very warm and cozy.

I would like to see better communications between the upstairs unit and the memory care team. The administration is well-meaning, but the cohesion is lacking in terms of support for the unit that serves the memory care folks...the residents that are the most vulnerable. Also, I have packages sent to my grandmother regularly that contain time-sensitive medical materials, but rarely does the package make it downstairs in a timely manner and this creates problems. Despite these issues, overall the compassion and care is certainly adaquate, but often comes by way of prodding and cajoling the administration to recognize deficiencies.

My mother was reluctant to go but felt at home shortly after she got there and played BINGO daily and made lots of friends. It did not take long for her to call it "home". There is a real family feel there and most of the staff have been there forever.

The residence of Glen riddle is a great place . My grandmother lived there for seven years and had great care and was very well taken care of.

Excellent care and services for 8 years here for my grandmother. The only (obvious) problem is that they are clearly understaffed and overworked. That being said, the staff does a fantastic job of providing attentive care to the patients consistently.
