Juniper Village is the best-kept secret for those considering making the transition to assisted living. I recently made a visit to Juniper Village in looking for a place for my mom, where I was greeted by several residents sitting out on the front porch, enjoying the day and each other's conversation. Once entering the building, I was overwhelmed by the warm and welcoming ambience of the place. Diana will be most helpful in providing the guidance and support needed in making that big decision to move from home to assisted living. She has a wealth of information, as well as the other staff to help guide you through the process. Juniper Village is beautifully decorated and designed to make you feel at home. The physical amenities are abound. So many, you have to take a tour to see for yourself. But the best assets are the residents and staff themselves. You can immediately sense the feeling of family and community amongst them.

Checked this out for a friend. If i have to go to to assisted living, this is the place i would go. Very clean with considerate and knowledgeable staff. Not over-priced. Activities all day , and a wonderful menu everyday. The mansion was like going on a resort vacation. The private rooms are very roomy. I highly recommend this place!

I recently visited Jupiter Village and I was so impressed walking through talking to residents how happy they are and how maintained it was. The whole staff including management is a 5 star all the way around! Our meeting with Diana and Tina was excellent they answered all our questions even things we didnt think to ask. I would highly recommend a tour if your looking for a affordable assistant living resort style place for your loved one. You definitely wanna check out the bistro and the chocolate cake is superb. I also love that they have a fantastic chef and restaurant style dining for the residents in house. Safety is definitely a priority here and that makes me love it even more. Thank you all for making our experience helpful and hopeful and giving the residents past and present a beautiful quality of life!

My parents moved into Juniper Village to spend the winter months and I have been highly impressed. Every employee from Administration, Nursing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food Service on down has been very professional and caring. The number of on-site activities and available support (in-house Dr, on-site Podiatrist, in-house beauty care) is outstanding. With living out of state it is important, my parents have good care and assistance. The Juniper Family has been a blessing and I’m thankful our family can be a part of this community.

We met with Diana Hill to tour Juniper Village as a possible residence for my older sister. Diana was so very friendly and spent a lot of time with us providing many options, touring the facilities, explaining the costs, etc. The atmosphere at Juniper Village was very uplifting and the residents all well cared for. Ultimately, we made other plans for my sister, it wasn't the perfect fit for her needs, but we really admired the friendliness of the staff, Diana Hill's professionalism, and learning about the options at Juniper Village.

I have very warm memories of my mother’s time at Juniper Village Meadville. She spent the last almost 2 years of her life there and even though the venue is really warm and welcoming, it’s the people that make Juniper Village a very special place. At times, my mother could be very difficult and had no problem breaking rules, if it suited her. And believe me, it did!!! She could really stir things up! Tami, Tina and Kim took it all in stride. They explained the rule and why it was in place. All with kindness and a smile and laughed about it later. And I know they’re still laughing about it occasionally while reminiscing. These three wonderful women set my mind at ease as I was so far away (California) and could not come to visit very often. But all of them reassured me that they were only a phone call away, and I could call them at any time, which I did. And they never made me feel guilty or like I was a bother to them in any way. I was very grateful to have Juniper Village available for my mother and all of the more grateful for these women.

I visited Juniper Village in Meadville today with my mother to take a tour and get information about their establishment. Diana was exceptional in everything from the tour to answering all our questions and explaining how important they feel community is and all the features of their organization.She truly makes everyone feel special and at home. Although I’m not sure if my mother is ready for a move just yet, this is the only place I would feel comfortable leaving my loved one in. It is a beautiful place with many friendly faces.

We visited Juniper Village at Meadville recently, with Diana as our tour guide. The facility had such a homey feeling, Diana and every single employee that we met were warm, friendly, and smiling. The various activities and the community gathering spaces were well-thought out and inviting -- from the dining areas, coffee bar, exercise area, library, the tavern (with their own brand of beer!), to quieter reading nooks inside or the front portico, patio and fire pit area in the back. We also liked the central location -- within easy walking distance of downtown stores. The rooms and the common spaces were all immaculate. And the menu -- the chef-created dinner menus had us salivating. My brother and I want to know when we can move in! P.S. -- Thank you for the delectable chocolate chip cookies!

Kudos to Juniper Village: I’m thoroughly delighted and comforted by the care that my dear 94-year-old friend Mary has been receiving at Juniper Village. Being home alone would not offer her the comfort of those clean surroundings, accessibility to 3 healthy meals a day (with those snacks!), as much socialization as she cares to enjoy, offerings of wonderful entertainment (which I enjoy so frequently with her) and, of course, the constant access to monitored health care. The culture of this facility is so open, peaceful and cheery. As Mary’s P.O.A, I’m so glad that my queries to staff are always welcomed and never dismissed or trivialized. Our exchanges are always informative, thorough and direct . . . even when I need explanations more than once! I was especially heartened when I read Director Tami Williams’ Letter to the Editor which appeared in a recent edition of our Meadville Tribune. It voiced a heartfelt thanks to local emergency responders, numerous partnering agencies and services, Juniper volunteers and entertainers and closes with the warmest of Holiday Best Wishes! Cheers to Juniper Village at Meadville! I know we made the right decision for our loved one. I hope these revelations help you make one too.

While searching for a place for my 83 year old father, I looked into Juniper Village. I researched other local homes that offered assisted living and I was impressed by this place! They have a variety of activities daily, their food is amazing and the staff go above and beyond helping us get my dad situated. Gina listened to our concerns and voiced them toTina, who assessed my dad and came up with a care plan that offered my dad an independent lifestyle with the perfect amount of assistance. The building and grounds are very quaint. The rooms are ample sized with plenty of space to keep items that my dad brought from his home to make his room feel like his own! My dad has been especially fond of the food and choices! I am grateful that we found Juniper Village as they offer many amenities for a very reasonable price!

My Aunt was admitted in Jan 2021. This was a difficult time during Covid. The staff was wonderful. I could not take items to her room so staff had that job of making sure my Aunt got what she needed. I could do window visits and staff made sure she was there at the time I came. I just can"t say enough about staff . They were always pleasant and supportive. I have always been updated on everything regarding my Aunt. My Aunt never had anything but good things to say about staff and her enviroment at Juniper. I have let Administration know how pleased we all are with Juniper. My Aunts health is failing and again staff has stepped up with her care in making sure she looks her best and room is neat and clean. I would like to Thank every one involved. I would like to mention names but fear I may miss someone. So again a Big Thanks to all.. I would recommed Juniper to anyone interested in a caring and home like enviroment.

My mother has lived at Juniper Village at Meadville since May 2018. I visit often and I am always touched by the care and compassion of the staff. The residents are treated with kindness, respect, affection and dignity. They are attentive to the needs of all of the residents and always ready to help, whatever the issue. The building is a terrific converted historic hotel and residents from the Crawford County area share wonderful memories of the facility when it was THE PLACE to stay in Meadville. I live an hour away and there is no other place where my mother would be cared for as well as she is here.
