Had to move my mother to a personal care home in March of this year. Visited 12 facilities. Chose the palms. It was difficult for my mother to go from independent living to personal care and living in 1 room. Staff worked very hard to make my mother feel comfortable. The place is clean, even a small private room is a good size. Staff keeps in touch with me on a regular basis. Several employees have really made an impact on my mother and myself. Candice and Craig whom I believe are upper management. Hard working staff members lee Lee, Jackie, Marie, Dominique, a.j., Sherry and Cheryl. The very pleasant lady that answers the phone who's name I can't remember is always so pleasant. It is always hard to make the decision to move a loved one into the care of others. I feel good about the decision I made and I feel positive that my mother is safe and that good, caring people are watching out for her.

Great place! Had family here and they really enjoyed it. The admissions lady made the transition very smooth and even guided them through the application for the Veterans benefits. Good food, many meals are home cooked, good care and great people. They came from another home and this was the best choice and value. Highly recommended!

My mother was there for 2 months and loved it. The staff was so thoughtful and kind and very efficient. She loved it there. All she does since she's been home is talk about it. She loved the activities, too, especially Mikey D!! Thanks for taking good care of her.

My father has lived at several facilities over the last few years and none of them compare to The Palms. I sleep easier at night, knowing my father is being well cared for by their staff.

Just want folks to know about the little gem in McKeesport ...the Palms...my motherinlaw is a recent resident there and we all could not be happier! The facility is very clean and the food is of superb quality...seriously great...the caring family atmosphere is evident as soon as you come through the doors ..well trained staff and professional care...our bubba loves it and her transition was so smooth primarily to the kind staff

My experience with this facility has been excellent - I am extremely impressed by the design, style, cleanliness & format of the building and found the staff to be professional and friendly. I specifically have had an excellent experience with Stephanie from administration, who answered all my questions and has made sure that my concerns or needs were met. Thank you, Palms & Stephanie!
