This place sucks! Thy billed me 2 years later for $1,008.00. They are so incompetent in their billing office that they refused to send the bill to my mother's insurance company after at least 10 times I told them to do it that, and over and over I told them that her insurance company WILL PAY that amount. They billed this cash since they told her insurance company she wasn't getting therapy. They want an out a rip off amount of $500.00 a day. My mother died 2 days later, and that is the $1,008.00. These scum bag idiots are so hard up for money! All the idiots had to do was send the bill to my mother insurance company! After all this time of their obvious stupidity, they just had some bozo lawyer come after the money and actually wanted my "dead mother" to pay it. What a bunch of heartless moronic crooks!

When I was at buffalo valley for rehab due to broken hip and pelvic bones I had an amazing experience. Staff was awesome and couldn't ask for better. Id recommend to anyone who needs help.

My mom was there recently for rehab for a hip fracture. We were so very happy we were able to have her admitted to this facility. She has been home for two weeks and is doing very well. Thank you so very much for the kindness, professionalism, and caring given to her from everyone! The only little glitch was that my mom lost one of her hearing aids, but was not able to receive any reimbursement. But nevertheless, I give five stars! Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about the dedication and compassion of the people who work in the personal care and nursing areas of Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village. Nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, activities director, administration, reception, dining and custodial staff all go the extra mile to provide the best care they can for the residents and their families. Everyone is adept at what they do, and so thoughtful and kind.
