This is an over 55 community near Cornwall, PA. Lovely setting, beautiful homes with a variety of floor plans and friendly people. Lots to do and get involved in if you wish, but if quiet solitude with the security of trusted neighbors/friends is what appeals to you then you will find it here as well.

It is a really nice development, I just go in with job site supplies, an seem like nice people in there cuz we never get yelled at....

We bought a home at the gables in elm tree and are very happy with the quality and service that Alden homes provided even with all the supply chain hiccups in 2021. Also, their home design is great. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I live here and it is a great and friendly place. People care about each other and it is built extremely well. Indoor pool and coffee shop. Hair salon. Billiards. Library. Bingo and trivia. Cards and a puzzle table. Fitness room. Lots to do or you can just relax by your fireplace in your house.
