I was here with my mother for an open house / BBQ picnic event. We enjoyed the food and the music and the kindness of all the staff. I have visited a close friend here and I was very impressed with how they were cared for and protected. The facilities were clean, spacious and modern. I really got the feeling that this was a place that treated their patients as they would want their own family cared for.

My grandmother has been here for about a year. Her care has gone down from when first started there. She is in the memory center and they have not gotten her out of bed in days. Even tho her outside nurse informed everyone she needs to be up. They do not order her supplies she needs for for osteomy. We have had to bring in supplies more then once because they had none! They once sent her to the er because they didn't have the supplies they needed to change it! Why is this not being ordered! They are also not making sure she eats or has fresh water. We have spoken to staff multiple times about the issues but nothing has seem to change. There are two aids that are super nice and care and try to help whenever possible but this can not be said for others.

My mother-in-law with Alzheimer's has been living here for over 4 months now, and it has been life changing for all of us. We looked at quite a few facilities, and we are so glad we chose Traditions Of Lansdale in the end. Although some places might have been a little more impressive looking (and also way more expensive) its the staff that won us over at Traditions. Of course they are all nice at all facilities when you tour the place, but something felt genuine about Traditions, and we haven't been disappointed. It small enough so you get to know many of the staff, and they all seem to really have their hearts in it. They are super friendly and caring, and the proof is in the pudding. Because since my mother-in-law has been there, her attitude has improved 100%. When she lived with us, she was often angry or grouchy, but she is always so happy when we visit, which is frequently. We can show up anytime, unannounced. We were so afraid that she would hate us for making the choice to place her but it has been the opposite. There are always other residents and staff for her to interact with and activities going on and it has improved her mood so much. She even raves about the food, which is plentiful. And the staff (Kim, in particular) held our hands through the whole process, and was supremely understanding of how difficult the decision was for us. They even assessed her to be in the least restrictive environment, so she was able to start out on the personal care unit instead of going directly into memory care. No other place we saw gave us that option. And after the placement, we found they are quick to address any concerns or questions. This place is the real deal.

I have been working with Kim Braccia at Traditions of Lansdale for my friend and his brother. I am so happy to be working with Kim, she’s gone out of her way to assist in making this transition go smoothly for both the brothers and me. There are many places out there, but having Kim on our side helps the process. Highly recommend Traditions of Lansdale.

My mother was in rehab recovering from hip surgery. The result of a fall. In addition, she has dementia. I needed to find a place for my mom where I knew she would be safe and well taken care of. In addition, it had to be affordable. I spoke to Kim from Traditions several times. She even paid a visit to my mom. I scheduled a tour and spoke to Kim at length. I knew I found a caring place for my mom that would meet her needs. During this time my father in law was dealing with a number of medical issues and the insurance company would only pay for a limited number of days in rehab. Traditions came to our rescue and Kim was able to also meet my father in laws needs too. We are so grateful to Traditions and Kim and the amazing staff for taking care of our loved ones while making it easier on the immediate family to visit both family members.

My mother who has Parkinsons and lived independently on her own, recently had a stroke that necessitated a move to an assisted living facility. I was working through my list of possible places but when I contacted Kim Braccia, Marketing Director at Traditions of Lansdale she quickly made me feel at ease, I knew my search was over. Kim worked tirelessly, even on Sunday, to help me through the process. You see, even though my mother lived in the local area, I live in Mexico, so this was not going to be the standard process. I admit that I was a frantic, stressed-out mess, but there was no problem or issue too big that Kim couldnt handle. After doing a virtual tour and meeting Libby Gover, Memory Care Director, we started the admission process. My mother has been at Traditions of Lansdale, Memory Care neighborhood for about two weeks now and she is very happy. I will go back to Mexico with peace of mind knowing that she is in excellent hands. I want to give a big thanks to Kim and Libby and even though I am in Mexico we will be in touch to ensure my mothers continued happiness. Many thanks

Although it did not workout for Mom, I will say I havent been so impressed by all involved in quite sometime. From my first contact with Kim Braccia I felt at ease knowing she had the expertise and knowledge to assist me with a difficult situation.. I would highly recommend Traditions on that alone but I can also say the facility is beautiful, clean and for the betterment of the guests. When it is my turn I can only hope that Traditions of Lansdale is still there. I give it a 10+!

My grandma has been here for a few months and she loves it. It was really important for us to find a place for her with a warm environment, friendly people, and the care that she needs. The staff is very helpful and will guide you through the process step by step. FYI- this is my grandmas fourth assisted living home and it is by far the best. I feel confident and reassured that her developing dementia is in the hands of TOLs amazing memory care team.

My sisters and I visited Traditions for our mom. We are in the early stages of looking around. It was clean, smelled good (you know the stereotype that nursing homes smell bad), and the staff was friendly. We are not yet ready to place our mom, but left Traditions feeling hopeful of whats available for our mom when the time does come.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I did not meet this young man my mother refers to as the angel personally but when I heard my parents experience with him, in all places, Target, I felt the need to leave a note. My parents were shopping in Target and as they were browsing the aisles my dad had to use the mens room, as of recent, my dad has advanced in his dementia which has been sad to watch, not only sad for my dad but my mom too. My mom was trying to get my dad in the bathroom when up comes Brian (I know his name because he gave my mom his business card), Brian stopped and asked if he could help. My mom took him up on the offer. Brian helped my dad in the bathroom, got him situated, and even waited for him so he could walk him back out to my mom. This young man did not need to stop dead in his tracks to help out strangers but he did. It doesnt stop there. My mom saw him in the store a few minutes later and he introduced his wife and daughter to my mom and dad. This is proof angels do exist. I do not have experience with his place of business but thought it would be enlightening for people to see there is help out there. We are sure of it. I hope he sees this. Than you very much.

Fathers level of care was changed and only noticed this on his current bill, last months bill came late and I wrote a check and sent it off with a note, not to be charged a late fee! My concern is with lack of communication and reason for level of care change? I havent noticed anything different from when my Dad entered Greenfield of Lansdale!

I was initially hesitant to move my father into this community due to the poor reputation of the previous owners. However, now that it was under new management I decided to tour the facility. I was greatly impressed by the staff who seemed both diligent and very attentive to the needs of the residents. Also, the community itself appeared to be newly renovated and was well maintained. It has now been over a year since I moved my father in. He always has a smile on his face when I visit and given that he was resistant to leaving his home it is a welcome relief to see him happy. I therefore wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Greenfield Senior Living is a great company, one that obviously puts great care into the happiness and well-being of its residents.

This place is the perfect personal care home! It is not fake with all the fancy stuff in life that most people never wanted and it is not a run down ditching ground! It is perfectly priced and it has empty beds due to renovations!! Best case scenario for personal care! No down payment or community fee either!!
