This is by far one of the best home care agencies in the area. I interviewed at least ten companies and used one other company initially for help with my father. The staff at Home Helpers were fanatic, caring and supportive. I could not recommend Home Helpers more. We hired Home Helpers to provide live-in care for my husband's elderly parents, and we have been extremely impressed with the level of care and supervision they provide. Our caregiver is amazing and my in-laws absolutely love her. She is very attentive to both of them and gets them out for walks whenever they are able to do that. She has even taken them out for a ride in their car, which my father-in-law talked about for weeks! The supervision is provided by nurses and is far beyond what we expected. They ensure a consistent level of care, and they keep in touch with both the family and the caregiver to make sure things are going well. We are extremely happy with Home Helpers!

I had the opportunity to work with Home Helpers over the course of two years (2020 and 2021) as a caregiver, while I continued to go to nursing school. I say "work with" instead of "work for" because of the team atmosphere at Home Helpers. Admin and Management were fantastic and accommodating at all times, on-call RNs were always there to answer questions or concerns, and I never ran into issues with scheduling. I always felt supported and prepared. I am so grateful for the relationships I built with clients and their families and the learning and growth this job provided me.
