Love the property manager. She’s so nice and answers all my questions.

Friendly residents. All units are ground floor. Rates are probably close to other places in area. Things lacking are prompt maintenance and availability of office person. Only one individual and many time unavailable.

Terrible since new management took over a few years ago. They are a 55 plus community but i feel most residents have been there for years are in their 80s. They took away so many things..meals…transportation…activities….feels like they want the older folks out so they can bring in younger residents. I am getting my parents out as they now need more care. This place is awful

This is to complete my review that posted before I was finished. We have one resident that put in a work order for installation of a storm door over a YEAR ago that still has not been completed! Management should hire either an another full time or part time person to handle the work orders . Things not being done gives this community a negative impression that management doesn’t care about their residents!

This property with new ownership since September, has converted from a "retirement community" to a 55+ plus rental complex. I would caution anyone interested in living here that groundskeeping has suffered a setback since it is covered in leaves and looks nothing like the marketing photos! A drive through the streets reveal a picture of leaves clogging patios, decks and laying like a ground cover over areas of the green space. This is unfortunate as it is causing a safety issue for residents.

Neffsville is a wonderful place for those in need. Kristina Haines always goes above and beyond for her residents! Always making sure their needs and wants are met. I would feel comfortable sending my loved one there knowing she is there!

Looking into Neffsville Terrace, I am impressed with the activities that are offered each month. Kristina Haines is so creative and thoughtful with everything she does. It is clear she loves her job and brings that joy to all of her residents. They are lucky to have her.

Went to visit Neffsville. Everyone was so nice. The ladies in the front were helpful with questions and understanding. The residents seemed very happy. Sitting in groups playing cards, laughing and enjoying each other. Place was clean. The yard was very well maintained.

What a nice neighborhood, tree lined streets . Close to shopping lancaster attractions. Well maintained very homey Food is like a restaurant in the city. Would feel comfortable having my parents live here. Staff is like family to the residents.
