Legend of Lancaster is so warm and inviting! The residents are just as kind and inviting when you walk in the building, staff is always on top of everything, anything you need or a resident needs. Staff is also very interactive with families as well as residents! Rooms A whole the building as a whole is incredibly clean. This has been the best place I have seen it is an amazing place for a senior looking for a new home or for care or for a future employee!

I love this place. Alot of the staff are good at what they do and genuinely care about the safety and well being of the residents. Management has been improving day by day and always addresses and fixes any and all concerns and issues when residents and staff are involved. They make the residents feel at home. They give the residents activities to do that they enjoy so they're not just sitting somewhere bored. They respond to the residents ASAP, and they make sure the residents are satisfied and their care is done correctly and thoroughly. They don't miss on anything and they also interact with not just the residents but the family as well when they visit their loved ones. Overall, this is a good and professional place to have a loved one.

They went out of their way to help us during my sister's health crisis. She'd been hospitalized while visiting PA and wasn't well enough to return home when discharged. Since she was far from her house she arrived without furniture or many personal possessions. They helped furnish her apartment and made her feel welcome. The building is clean, modern and comfortable. They also helped me navigate managing her care from the other side of the country. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the transportation to medical appointments service changed a few months after she moved in, and there was a time when it took me several days to get in touch with the medical director. Overall I believe it is a good facility.

What a wonderful place to send a loved one. The staff are great and their communication and care for my grandmother was amazing. The best in the area! If you had any doubts you can cross them off. Sarah made the process quick and easy and Kayli the director made us feel so welcome. They even screen every at the door so it made it feel very safe.

Not only is this community absolutely beautiful, but there are some pretty incredible people who work there. My family is so happy that my Gram moved there a few months ago. She's healthy and happy again. They take such good care of her, she has friends, she loves the food, her apartment is so cute, and we couldn't have asked for more. The team there is awesome! We can't thank them enough for making our Gram a happy person again! Check them out if you're looking for a good place!

Have toured the community and have visited with other residents when I was visiting. The building is always clean, the associates smiling and they take great pride in caring for the residents. Even in the current environment the residents are smiling and are enjoying activities oh and the great food! I do not think there is a nicer community in the area

Legends Of Lancaster was great at first but after a year it has changed. Staff turnover & not enough staff, raising the rates, not cleaning the room as they did at the beginning. The staff are rude when you call to arrange least a very brief window visit, no help trying to get to doctors appointments, all this has been VERY frustrating. Hopefully they pull out of nose dive!

The transition from independent living, to residing in an assisted living center was difficult; however, this facility and their staff quickly made it feel as close to home as can be possible. My father resides in an apartment style room, with an outside sitting area that leads to a secure courtyard. The facility allows its residents to have pets, so time is often spent enjoying the outdoor space with neighbors and their dogs. Care, if needed is right outside the door of the apartment, which leads into a hallway that is circular and provides an indoor area for walks in colder temperatures. While my father does not participate, the facility offers weekly trips to the country; supermarket or area places of entertainment, all within a schedule for planning ahead. The care staff is kind, and concerned. And it has been our personal experience that they have responded to unexpected medical needs, appropriately and timely; as a nurse myself, this was a priority. Moving a parent from the home they have shared with family for decades is always difficult; however, the security and care that Legend has offered to our father, has been critical to keeping him enjoying a quality of life as he approaches 90 years of age.
