PATRICIA DEAN KUHN

We were supposed to get these services through the VA. [name removed] was wonderful as the marketer and I signed the papers. She was supposed to bring 3 caregivers today at 10 AM for me to interview. I was up at 5 AM preparing the house, lists, my husband, and we were ready. At 10:05 AM she texted that she couldn't find anyone available. I am so disappointed in this service. I texted her to please call me, and now an hour later she has not replied to texts or answered phone calls. I hope there is a good explanation for not keeping me informed.

The caregivers from ComForCare Home Care have been great. They are on time and help mom with whatever she needs. So far, I would recommend them because we have had a good experience.

It has been a transition for my parents since my father started to receive home care services from this agency, The care givers have been great for the most part. Overall I'am satisfied with the services. They do a good job helping with personal care, and some care. Hopefully with some time my mother adjust better, and allow the care givers to do more. It has been a pretty good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency,

Caregivers really hit it off with mom, all caregivers take really good care. Is concerned with the agency, they are hard to get ahold of them when needed.
