A word of CAUTION, we were on their waitlist till we requested to be removed and did get our $7,500 deposit back BUT prior we were told by the Sales Manager that the waitlist program has changed and you now needed to plunk down $100,000 for 2 persons which would depreciate by 2% a month ($2,000) in case you changed your mind for whatever reason except death in other words if you changed your mind after 2 years your refund would have shrunk to $52,000. On top of that you are expected to pay $1,000 monthly for the privilege to use their facilities e.g. pool, gym etc and you would get one dinner every quarter. We live in New York a 3 hour drive away, drive that for a dip in the pool or a free quarterly dinner. . ??? You could speed up the moving in process by buying one of their studio or 1 bedroom apartments, don’t move in but pay the discounted monthly maintenance fee of $ 6,000 more or less and have a faster chance to get what you originally wanted. Sounds like a bit of a ripoff to me, wonder what their board thought when they approved this scheme. It also makes you wonder with such an unpleasant scheme in place how you would be treated as a resident???

Mismanaged by the head of sales, Evan. I missedthe welcome lunch because given the wrong directions. I have emailed him two orher times without a reply. He’s a little dictator managing sales. I’m frustrated trying to connect with them. I thought I wanted to live there. What an awful opinion I have now. Too bad.

Fun spot in Phoenixes downtown Roosevelt area to grab a bite, drinks or ice cream and listen to the DJ spin some music. Plenty of open air covered seating and a cool atmosphere.

I have been a full-time resident in Mather House, The Hill's after-care unit, for two weeks after some 11 days of hospitalization in Jefferson-Abington's Lansdale facility. All in all, I am pleased with the care I have received, especially the PT, OT, wound care, and meals. I could not have asked for more or better!

Excellent care! Immaculate rooms and facility. Caring and well qualified staff. If I could rate this facility a 20, I would. Medical care, OT/PT all top of the line including the dietician, speech therapist, RNs, CMA and other staff working there. The food is very well prepared and they create options for dietary restrictions! My mother was just transferred from the hospital and I am thankful to the medical doctors, Nursing staff.RNs and CMAs caring for her. In four days, I see a positive change. Very positive atmosphere.

I spent two weeks here post surgery. Staff, food, medical care, all first rate.

This is the finest short- and mid-term post surgical rehab facility in the Delaware Valley. The staff are attentive and caring and the quality of the meals always exceeds expectations. Parking is readily available and special services tailored to meeting individual patient needs is the norm. Can be expensive though, but in my case, they accepted the Medicare approved rate.

Even though it was a short term PT stay, this is best facility my aunt has stayed in since she moved to the area. The staff was wonderful, good communication and follow through, and she got to participate in activities which she enjoyed. Hopefully her current facility will allow her walking time after all the work she put in with her PT. I wish the Hill at Whitemarsh had a memory care unit!!

Overall a very good nursing rehab facility. Staff friendly. Nursing staff varies, but overall excellent. PT services are exceptional. Dining services are very good. Need for improvement are case management services, discharge planning and warm hand off to healthcare professions involved with home health services.
