Recently we transferred my sister from another assisted living facility. We are so pleased at the caring and compassionate services that they are providing. We are always kept updated on any changes. The best Agency I have worked for, ever. From the Owners to the Administrator, to the Management Team and the caring staff. The Activites are great, the food is fabulous and the care is exceptional and residents smiles are proof of that. I recently visited Serenity Gardens while exploring placement options for a loved one. My experience was extremely positive. It was evident that Serenity is a very caring community of people who enjoy what they do. The staff seems to have genuine concern about the individuals entrusted to their care. Melissa, the admissions director was warm, caring, and compassionate. She answered all of my questions and gave me a wealth of information to make an informed decision.

I truly enjoy working here at Serenity Gardens! The residents and staff members are like a family to one another! I've been working here for almost a month as I am writing this review. My co-workers are excellent people to work with! If I have a question, they are willing to help me out on it. The residents here always have great stories to share with us when we have the chance to talk to them! At Serenity Gardens, we have a wide variety of mouth watering chef prepared meals and desserts that appear on the menu! As part of the Dietary, I personally enjoy setting up the tables in the dining room, serving food to the residents, and busing all the dishes, cups, and silverware! The dining experience is something to look forward to! Not only that, but the overall environment between residents and staff members in the entire building is pleasant! Everyday is always a exciting adventure to anticipate at Serenity Gardens!

My mom was unable to stay in her home alone and has been a resident at Serenity Gardens. The staff has been wonderful and has worked with us as her care needs have changed. During the last year, with the COVID restrictions in place, they took the necessary steps to keep the residents safe, but also took steps to keep us connected to our loved ones through video chats, outdoor visits and window visits. That meant a lot to us. We have been very pleased with the care my mom receives and the staff and residents feel like part of my extended family.

I have to say I worked with the most wonderful people, everyone was so kind and willing to help each other out.... Such a caring and cheerful environment.....I love, the residents, they depended on us to help them and sometimes all it takes is a listening ear ...... I always considered myself lucky to be surrounded with all that wisdom!!! The management and CEO are terrific, they make sure everything is run smoothly and confidential....especially with covid.....they logged people in took temperatures, made sure everyone had a mask........and of course when there wasnt any visitors......the residents definitely had some kind of entertainment !!! Serenity Gardens is the NICEST, CLEANEST place to live for the elderly...
