If you have a loved one that needs 24/7 supervision and care, Arden Court is the perfect place. The staff is compassionate and loving. The care is exceptional, and the staff is trained to work with different levels of dementia.

Alexis and her team at Arden Courts have been incredibly responsive and patient as my mother has transitioned to their facility. This is not an easy journey for any family but everyone at Arden Court is extremely professional, reassuring and kind, which has made things easier.

In the search for quality memory care for my parents, we came across Arden Courts. The first person to reach out was Alexis. Super warm and friendly. I spent 3 1/2 hours in her company. She educated me so much on memory care. She provided me with some literature that was so eye opening and helpful. Her compassion and dedication to the residents is just amazing. I can't say enough nice things about her. All of the staff I met that day was smiling and interacting with residents. The hallways were quite crowded and it was hard to tell sometimes if it was staff or a resident. I say that because they go out of their way to make the facility home to the ppl they serve. I did not observe anyone just sitting alone and isolated, which is great for cognitive stimulation. So if anyone is looking for memory care for their loved one, I highly recommend you speak with Alexis at Arden Courts! Even if you don't choose them, you will come away with so much knowledge. Many thanks for your kindness.

We are incredibly happy since we placed our mother in Arden Courts. Shortly after arriving, her walking improved and she became more social and interactive. They really understand how to work with residents with dementia. The caregivers, nurses and other staff are respectful of clients' dignity, independence and meeting them where they're at. As a tight knit community, they know everyone's quirks and preferences. Mama is very happy there and we are all more relaxed knowing that she is well cared for. If an issue arises, they call right away. Great communication with family members. I would highly recommend Arden courts for loved ones who have more advanced dementia.

We would like to thank Nicole for working with us to get our loved one into Arden Courts within a few days. We were in a crisis situation and Nicole stepped up to the plate to accommodate. Our loved one moved from personal care at a different facility to memory care at Arden Courts . Nicole and Alexis were very warm and welcoming as was their staff. This was a very difficult decision for our family. We have visited our loved one several times and he mentioned that this place isn't so bad. The last place he couldn't wait to get out. We want to say thank you for making our loved one feel a part of Arden Courts family.
September 2024
My family and I are very pleased with the amount of personal caring and care we have experienced at Arden Courts. Excellent staff and communication.
August 2024
Updated: 5 stars for their ability to make you feel amazing during the transfer/admission process. That hand holding goes away and you are left lack luster experience. We moved our mom about a year after she moved in.

I can not say enough about Nicole, Alexis and the staff at Arden Courts of KOP. Transitioning your loved one to memory care is the hardest thing to do…even if you know it's for the best for them. But I have to say that care and comfort and patience we have received as a family has meant so much. Nicole and Alexis have embraced my mother in law, made a personal connection with her and brought back her dignity! They have also embraced our entire family with love and patience as we transition into a new phase of life. We are incredibly thankful and at peace knowing she is in the BEST hands.
July 2024
We moved mom into Arden Courts from another facility and it was the best decision ever. The staff was so caring and took superb care of her! She was always clean and looked after and their attention to her was awesome! Also, we, her family, were always informed about any problem and also good things. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the staff was just lovely with her and with us!
July 2024
The team at Arden Court is has been a blessing to our family. They provided us hope that we aren't alone on this journey. We initially met with management and were provided education and reisurrance also directing us to other current and past families in a similar situation to offer peace and comfort. Margaret, Marie, Marie and Youselyne are phenomenal at their job! They are focused on preserving dignity and being respectful. They are always kind, empathetic, compassionate and helpful. We moved here after an unfortunate and sadly unforgettable situation at another senior living that did not understand memory care.

I enthusiastically recommended Arden Courts in King of Prussia. The team here, which is led by the ED Nicole who has an amazing tenure of 16 years at this building, always demonstrates the highest caliber of professionalism and dedication. Dannita, who is the lead nurse, is always readily accessible to answer questions and offer assistance with true love and passion for those she serves. Alexis, the memory care advisor, is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to advocating for the families in search of placement for their loved ones. These 3 ladies together know how to get it done in the name of those affected by this disease. Mary greets you when you walk in the door. She is very approachable and so friendly. She often jokes with visitors and you can just tell her joke was what that person needed in that moment before visiting. Mary is a breath of fresh air and a phenomenal first impression. The building is clean, bright and cheerful, and well maintained. The rooms are nicely sized and just right for the population served to encourage them to be out and about, engaging and not isolating. There is a notable variety of programs and activities that Julie and her team provide to keep the residents engaged and to maximize their well being. Community partners/services, like ours (Humanitas Hospice) are welcomed to make it accommodating for not only the residents, but also families. Best of all, the staff is very sensitive and responsive to the needs and requests of the residents and their family members. One can tell they "aim to please" and are willing to cheerfully go the extra mile. It is extraordinary that even after years of service we have provided here, we find this facility playing at the very top of its game!

Overall great experience with Arden Courts in KOP for a 30-day trial following my mom's hospitalization. Alexis, Nicole, the nurses and the care staff were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very warm, friendly and accommodating. We ended up not needing the entire 30 days as she was able to come home and the staff was supportive.
July 2024
Arden Courts KoP is truly top notch in all aspects. Nicole and Alexis were so pleasant, understanding and a pleasure to work with to place my Mom at Arden. It's a very difficult process to find the right place in memory care for your loved one as it is, but the staff and facility made the decision much easier. Arden Court KoP should be your first stop, you wont be disappointed. The rooms are very nice, as well as the various common areas and the grounds. Safety is a key factor as well. The staff and facility deserves higher than a 5 star. I highly recommend Arden Court KoP.

ARDEN COURTS KING OF PRUSSIA Memory Care is a wonderful facility, one I would highly recommend. We are so grateful for the team there. I am so pleased that I am listed as a family advocate to talk to other families trying to find a place. It was an honor to be put on the advocate list. Both Mom and my family had a very positive experience there. All the staff were all top notch professionals who took the utmost care of mom. They took their work seriously, provided high quality services and thought of every client as their own grandparent, even my Mom. The staff had patience and understanding, you can tell they truly love what they do! The director, memory care advisor and nurse were genuinely caring, empathic, loving, and supportive. Even in the hardest times and in the most difficult situations they showed nothing but kindness, patience, love and respect to mom and even my family. My family and I will forever be grateful for the love and care they showed and provided Mom.

As a hospital social worker, I have had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at Arden Courts in King of Prussia for quite some time! I appreciate the quick responsiveness, and availability when I reach out to them with families in need of placement for a patient in memory care! I never hesitate to refer my patients and their loved ones to Arden Courts King of Prussia because I know full well they will receive the best in service, quality and care. Even after our patients move to Arden Courts they update us with how well they are thriving and all the incredible progress they're making, not only are these reports wonderful to receive but they also provide me and my colleagues with peace knowing we guided the family to the right place! Nicole, Alexis and Dannita (power houses) have been there for YEARS are amazing and so knowledgeable and very supportive. The girls literally will move people from our ED to Arden Courts in less than 24 hours…which is crucial in the hospital setting! They don't blink an eye or delay anything, remaining on task to create a seamless transition from hospital to community! The Arden Courts team is CLEARLY DOING IT RIGHT AND ARE AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF HOW A STRESSFUL SITUATION CAN BE TURNED INTO AN THE BEST DECISION AS LONG AS YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE RIGHT PLAYERS. We LOVE YOU GIRLS AT ARDEN KOP AND REALLY APPRECIATE YOU.

My partner was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about 4 years ago; she had progressed making it next to impossible to care for her successfully at home. About 2 years ago we moved back to Montgomery County and I tried to get her into a personal care home, but she was completely resistant. I maintained keeping her home to the best of my ability all the while reaching out to places like Penn Memory, Adult protective services, the ombudsman and our PCP to get their feedback on recommendations on a memory care In an attempt to be proactive when the time for placement arrives. During these efforts, i was unanimously encouraged to connect specifically with the tenured team at Arden Courts in King of Prussia Pennsylvania I worked closely with Nicole, Alexis, Dannita, Buffy and the families the girls provided as a part of their family advocacy program. I found them to be extremely responsive, with comprehensive knowledge and experience in dementia matters. It was the fact that the team at this facility were so patient with me as I continued to reach out to them for guidance over a span of 8 months while attempting to do this solo that I realized this is home, this is where I want my partner because they never turned me away or hesitated to assist when I reached out, even though I was dragging this process out. About 5 months ago, she had become less resistant, I was able to get her enrolled in Arden Courts, the team there offered a trial stay explaining how they wanted me to determine during this time if this was the place for her, this was genius. My partner is beyond that trial stay and is doing phenomenal, so much more relaxed and amiable. I do not know how we OR anyone for that matter would cope with this situation without them. I would like to thank Nicole, Alexis, Dannita, Maurizio, Julie, Buffy and Christopher for the phenomenal work they do consistently for families and people living with dementia.
May 2024
welcomed as a new resident stay and become family! our entire family feels the love and compassion of the team here! The team is extraordinary, well educated, and very knowledgeable. Preservation of dignity and respect is of the utmost importance and is consistent. A phenomenal community only focused on memory care. we highly recommend!!!
May 2024
When we had to move my mom, who has dementia and can be a handful, with almost no notice, from her previous facility to Arden Courts, Alexis at Arden was amazing and made a difficult process pretty easy. My mom can be a handful, but the people at Arden Courts are patient and caring for her needs. We are happy things worked out the way they did because we feel mom is in a better place being at Arden Courts.
May 2024
Great Memory Care facility in Montgomery Co/ King of Prussia, the staff are very caring and compassionate and the have great utilization of outdoor space for their residents!
May 2024
Alexis and Nicole went above & beyond to help us get my father admitted to Arden Courts just hours after being in the ER. They made a very tough situation alittle more bearable by accepting him (and our family) so quickly & with open arms. Communication has been good so far as he adapts to living in his new environment. Nothing about the journey with this disease is easy, but knowing we have knowledgeable and caring people surrounding my father during this transition is reassuring. Thank you Alexis & Nicole.
April 2024
Alexis and Nicole were instrumental in placing and accepting my mom directly from the emergency department. My dad could not care for my mom safely at home and we did not have a lot of time to find a place for her. Dad and I found Arden Courts and got a tour scheduled within 24 hours and Nicole herself went to the ER to assess mom to make sure she was appropriate. Dad and I have been treated with care and compassion — these decisions are never easy. Mom was able to move in 3 days after being admitted into the ED and her transition has been positive. She is engaging with staff and the activities. Alexis has been my lifeline — always giving me updates which has helped put me at ease since I live out of state in New Hampshire. Dad and I are pleased with the staff and the facility. Knowing that mom is safe and being cared for with compassion is priceless. Don't lose hope — there are kind, knowledgeable, and smart people at Arden Courts who are ready, willing, and able to take care of those most important people in our lives while they are at their most vulnerable.
March 2024
Making the decision to place a loved one in memory care has to be one of the most emotionally heartbreaking decisions that a family has to make. Finding out that the majority of memory care facilities are ill equipped to handle many of the behaviors commonly associated with dementia without the addition of an aide provided at the expense of the family adds a financial burden that is oftentimes impossible to manage. After two failed attempts at memory care for my husband, we were referred to Arden Courts King of Prussia. The knowledge and compassion of all the staff was apparent from the moment we entered the building. Alexis and Nicole have demonstrated a willingness to meet us where we are in this journey and work to make this a home for my husband and not just a place to stay. The responsiveness to concerns and the ability to make my husband comfortable is beyond anything I have seen to date. I feel like I can breathe for the first time in months. Words cannot begin to express my appreciation.

If you had the privilege of meeting Alexis Ferrara at Arden Courts in King of Prussia then you know! You know that your loved one will be taken care of with love and compassion. She and her entire local management team with Nicole Groff including nursing, care staff, dining, daily services staff as well as their on-site partners truly know how to comfort and care for our seniors! Being a senior living community placement agency, we've seen 100's of communities and they are top notch! Alexis Ferrara, Dannita and the rest of the team at Arden Courts have been such a blessing. My mom has some very specific challenges and has been welcomed by the staff so warmly. I really can't thank them enough, they have gone above and beyond to care for my mom in a very loving way. They have been a huge support for family and they treat my mother with care and dignity. So happy we chose Arden Courts.
February 2024
After several failed attempts in placing my mom who was diagnosed with late onset Alzheimers, Arden Courts has been my family's saving grace. This is the only facility that did not drug my mother into an oblivion and provides her with routine mental stimulation. Nicole Groff the director has significant experience in both Alzheimers and Dementia. The staff is kind and extremely patient. This is not an easy crew to care for and I have been pleasantly surprised in what they have been able to accomplish. From a classic car show/BBQ to indoor volleyball and weekly music entertainment. My most favorite was watching the activity coordinators don antlers and goggles, as residents fired rounds of nerf bullets while they ducked behind live pine trees. The room was filled with an intoxicating laughter. After I left, I sat in my car and cried. God bless Arden Courts for bringing back humility to a population that has been unwillingly stripped of all their dignity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Maria Zouras
February 2024
After one failed attempt at moving my mother who has dementia, we were recommended to Arden Courts. We met with Alexis who was a wealth of knowledge. She brought us comfort that my mother would be taken care of (even though not an easy patient) She has been there 2 months now. Her care is 100% better and she comes out of her room to socialize. (in her other memory care facility, she did not come out of her room and was scared of the staff) All the staff at Arden Courts are extremely patient and welcoming. We thanks Alexis and Danielle for letting us trust in their care for my mother.
January 2024
Arden Courts is doing a wonderful job taking care of my mom. Mom has full blown alzheimers and can be very difficult at times. Arden allows her to be herself and has her up and about. The activity group offers many things to occupy and entertain her. The staff works very hard to care for her, keep her clean and well groomed. The director Nicole helps out in all areas and runs a tight ship. I appreciate all that they do and how they keep us updated via newsletter and emails and phone calls.I recommend this place highly.
January 2024
My dad started having bizarre behavior issues that we did not understand. He lived with us for a few years and despite some memory problems and a little confusion we did great. Then the delusions and paranoia began. For 4 months we worked with doctors and facilities trying to find a place willing and able to care for my father's special needs. I'm so glad we found Arden Courts in king of Prussia. They have been there not only for him but for us as well too- helping us understand the disease & providing us with coping mechanisms and ways to continue to have meaningful communication as he declines. Specifically, we feel tremendously supported and grateful for the white glove top notch service and support consistently received by Nicole Groff and Alexis Ferrara. These two women stop at nothing to teach, coach and provide quality leadership and care. Long after they welcome a new person home, they still remain present and listen, never dismissive, your feelings matter and your concerns matter and your loved ones quality of life matters and preservation of dignity matters. The woman roll up their sleeves and assist when needed and where needed with no hesitation, we have seen this first hand and are amazed…. I own my own company locally and I wish some of my crew and other businesses had their work ethics and customer service focus. Thank you a thousand times over for all that you do and continue to do and the love you exude for the people who you help.
December 2023
We had trouble finding the right facility for my Father, who has Alzheimer's. The team at Arden Courts has been great. He can be a difficult at times; however, they've made Dad feel comfortable. I'd recommend them to other families.
December 2023
Although my mom didn't have dementia nor did we have the finances to be able to move my mom in to Arden Courts KOP, Alexis & Nicole didn't just wash their hands of us and send us away they provided us a solution so my mom was comfortable in her home. Alexis was determined to assist us regardless. We kept my mom home and went into this blindly not knowing where to turn and who to reach out to. Alexis connected me with a hospice provider who services our area & she checked in frequently, she even did my moms hair! We are so thankful and feel blessed she guided us during very stressful time.
December 2023
My mom, sister and I had a traumatic experience trying to find a home for my dad when my mom couldn't take care of him anymore. After 2 failed experiences, we were recommended by medical professionals to consider Arden Courts. We learned that you cannot rely on front office, sales professionals for unbiased views of fit and care for our specific circumstances. That's how we ended up meeting with Nurse Dannita at Ardent. From the beginning, she made us feel confident that Arden Courts of King of Prussia was the right place to keep my dad safe and cared for. He's been at Arden for 4 months now and we are still happy with the care and kindness of Dannita and the whole nursing staff toward my family and my dad. It's true that communication can sometimes be difficult but we have found ways to connect with the nursing staff for updates. We finally feel a weight lifted from our shoulders and know my dad is in the right place with caring and compassionate staff.
November 2023
I toured Arden Courts king of Prussia and met with Alexis Ferrari, she is a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience, we were impressed by how much we learned during our tour experience, we learned more from our time with her about dementia then any doctor we have pleaded with to help us by answering questions and requests for resource's. We will credit the doctors for pointing us in Arden Courts direction but that's all. Alexis even put us through the virtual dementia simulator on site and BOY OH BOY WAS THAT INTENSE. We also met with the director Nicole Froff and she was helpful and provided wonderful advice. Nicole also had her dog with her and our mother loves dogs so a huge plus. Lastly we met with the clinical director, Dannita who dug deep to answer questions we didn't even realize we needed to ask about medical care and medication. We met many of the residents and staff and came away very impressed with both the quality and cleanliness of the facility and even more importantly, the wonderful staff and their personal, caring approach. Although memory care facilities have challenges, this is our 3rd place fortunately for us we got in and have been quite pleased ever since, with no issues or concerns. Our mom is happy and even came there in wheel chair but thanks to therapy provided she now walks with a walker. Arden Courts consistently manages everything we bring to them with compassion and a sense of urgency. I highly recommend the facility.
November 2023
Absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff has been so welcoming and kind. Both Alexis (Memory Care Coordinator) & Nicole (Executive Director) have take our mom in like she is family. They made my sister and I feel so comfortable and safe about moving mom to this new community. Our mom came to Arden in a wheel chair after a hospital stay and within a few days was back up using her walker. She is busy all day long with programming and getting to know her new amazing environment. We can't thank these ladies enough for all that they have done in such a short period of time. It has been such a relief and blessing for my sister and I.
September 2023
Arden Courts was an amazing home for our father. He loved the people, the homey surroundings, the freedom to move around—inside and out—in a safe and enclosed environment. I only wish we knew about Arden Courts sooner. I highly recommend Arden Courts for anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one. The people, their dedication, and the facility is second to none.
July 2023
I tried everything to keep my 60 year old husband with EOA at home for as long as possible. After making the excruciating decision to move him into a memory care unit, I chose Arden Courts in KOP. From the minute that I met with Alexis to discuss the possibility of moving him in, I was immediately put at ease by the depth of insight and expertise she and all of her team members had with dementia patients, and the special care needed to keep them happy, healthy and safe. Nicole, the executive director has clearly set the tone at the top and every single team member, including aides, nurses, activity leaders, front staff, chefs and housekeepers are compassionate, caring and experienced. Many of the staff have worked at Arden Courts for many years and are prepared for any situation. I trust the entire staff with my husband's care. Dannita, the director of nursing, and her staff including Buffy and LaFonya, works tirelessly to keep patients cared for medically. The care staff are all loving and compassionate. I am grateful especially for Chris who always puts his arm around Rick and says "come on Rick" when he needs assistance. Brianna always has a hug for me and is always smiling and helping. Tawanna has formed a special bond with Rick and she goes the extra mile to care for him. There are so many beautiful people at Arden Courts and while it is difficult to mention them all by name, I give loving thanks to Myra, Kamira, Destiny, Sky, Miami, Luke, Diana, Mary, John, Julie and Shannon. Sincerely, Christy Adams

Arden Courts King of Prussia has a wonderful team in place to take care your loved one. Alexis Ferrara and Nicole Groff treat your family like their own and have the most unique and creative way of caring for dementia residents. The community is warm and welcoming. They are compassionate, educated and will go above and beyond to help your family in the needs he/she/they has.
July 2023
My older sister declined in her memory and self-care skills and had to be transferred to a memory care facility quickly when I was out of town. Nicole and Alexis went beyond the call of duty transporting her themselves and making her feel safe and comfortable. Since being at Arden Court my sister has been taken care of very well. She is clean and groomed, well-fed, and entertained with activities. They take care of all her medical needs and provide a loving and nurturing environment. Since I live 300 miles away they communicate with me as often as I wish over Zoom. I will be eternally grateful to all the staff especially Danitta who knows about " love languages" and how best to to communicate with my sister. Arden Court has been the best solution for my sister and our family is so very grateful. My sister is safe and content as she lives out her life. thank you all.
April 2023
Recently moved my Mother into Arden Courts. Transitions are always challenging. What was immediately impressive to me was the availability and prevalence of staff, and their obvious training. Everyone wanted to know my Mother's likes and dislikes, how she likes to be treated, and what they could to to help her adjust. It is a memory care facility, so there is a constant need to help and work with the residents, and the staff I have observed are attentive and quick to offer compassionate assistance.
April 2023
I knew that we had finally found the right place for my mother From the moment we were greeted by Diana and embraced by Alexis. The staff is led by Nicole Groff (also wonderful) and they are all amazing. They truly care about their clients and go out of their way to make sure that they are are comfortable and happy. Their efforts provide a caring, safe and calming environment. We had been on a long journey with my mom and I truly feel that she is now in a facility where she will be able to thrive and be well cared for. I am beyond grateful to Alexis and everyone at Arden for all that they do for my mom.

Arden Courts has been an absolute blessing to our family. Watching a loved one decline and turn into a version of themselves that is unrecognizable is always upsetting. The entire team of Arden courts have been patient, loving, and supportive of our transition to needing full time care for our Uncle. All the staff is wonderfully skilled and fully understand the needs of dementia patients and I feel confident that the care he is receiving is better than what we could provide at home, even with services. Alexis (Admissions) and Nicole (Executive Director) have gone above and beyond any expectations I could have had from traveling to our home for the initial assessment to facilitating a quick transition from hospital to home to Arden Courts to ensure the safety of our Uncle and his wife. When finding a placement was looking bleak, Arden Courts was they provided hope and peace for our family. Careful consideration of the selection of room, room decor, and comfort items were considered to ensure a safe and comfortable transition and reduce possible triggers for my Uncle’s type of dementia. Additionally, I have noticed personally that Arden Court provides nourishing meals and snacks in a homely setting. The activities are fun and geared to preserving brain and body function. There are activities focused on religion for those residents that are interested. Lastly, the medical and support staff and friendly and supportive of the residents and family and really take the time to get to know the preferences of each individual under their care. We know our Uncle is being take care of like he is family to the staff and that made the entire transition so much easier on our family and we are forever grateful.
April 2023
There really are no words to describe how helpful Arden Courts was in getting my husband transferred from Park House rehab to their facility. We were close to losing hope when we contacted Arden Courts and were truly surprised by the overwhelming response and support we received in accomplishing this goal. They were a real advocate for him / us. The staff is so compassionate and I know he is getting the best of care. I am so happy with our choice to move him there.

My father joined the Arden Court community after a 7 month journey in and out of memory care facilities that were unable to manage his dementia needs. In less than a week, my father showed improvement physically and emotionally because of the consistent supportive care. I am so happy we chose Arden Court. Alexis Ferrara is a passionate resource that goes above and beyond to advocate for the elderly. What a refreshing difference!!

My father, who has dementia and short term memory loss, recently moved from another facility to Arden Courts. Although the previous facility treated him well, the ambience was not for him. That facility was small and restricted, leading him to become cantankerous. For someone that can get around and needs mental and physical stimulation, Arden Courts is ideal. There are fun activities all day long, secure enclosed outside walking paths and the staff is very attentive, caring and mindful.

My 94 year old father was in Arden Courts for approximately five weeks with late-stage Alzheimer's. Alexis was so welcoming and kind, with great communication skills. She really made the transition easy and stress free for both Dad and our family. The aides always made sure Dad was clean and comfortable. Arden Courts does a great job making sure all the residents participate in community activities and that they get out of their rooms. Their outside pavilion was enjoyable when visiting along with their walking area. Amanda and Crystal from hospice were incredible, really special people. They brought in massage and music therapy which Dad loved. Thanks to everyone at Arden Courts. You gave us peace knowing Dad was safe, clean, and comfortable!

I want to send a thank you to Alexis Ferrara at Arden Courts. I was touring a family in my memory care neighborhood. During the tour I collected some information that lead me to believe we may not be able to accomidate this families loved ones needs. I thought of Alexis right away as I know the kind of person she is and what Arden Courts can do for Memory Care resident. While with the family I called Alexis, she answered, was able to talk to the family and schedule them to come over to meet with her. The family was thrilled, met with Alexis and their are moving their loved on to Arden Courts. This is a true success story of team work and know how to help someone even if it is not your own community. Thank you Alexis and Arden Courts for all that you do to support the community!

Always a heartfelt decision to move a loved one into a community living environment especially memory care but if you find the right one, you're good as gold. The thought of this transition for my entire family was overwhelming to say the least. After scheduling appointments and touring 9 assisted living possibilities, we decided on a community in the Bryn Mawr area based only on appearances and it is a decision our family whole heartedly regrets. After many issues at the assisted living, We were urged by many friends who are attorneys, mental health specialists and physicians to check out Arden Courts in KOP & we did. I've been thankful for this decision because we finally have found peace and comfort. The 3 people we dealt with in the beginning were Nicole, Director, Daneta, Head of Nursing and Alexis, Memory Care Advocate The 3 of these professionals are top notch, they are educated, communicative and knowledgeable but more importantly they are present with the residents, very hands on and their doors are always open! The staff is dedicated, caring and compassionate. Maintenance keeps up with my dads room and building grounds are well maintained. The entire team make a great effort to get to know and assist everyone. Thank you to our extended Arden family.

Transferring our Mom to Arden court has been a blessing. The staff has been AMAZING. I live 2 hours away and I have been kept informed on her condition whenever I want. I am never made to feel like a burden when I call. I know that they genuinely care about my Mom

I simply can't say enough amazing things about Alexis at Arden Courts.she had been an amazing referral partner and super easy to work with. She goes above and beyond for all her clients. She understands the transition process from home to community. She understands that memory issues are extremely hard on the individual and the families she works with. She holds your hand and gets you through the process. Above that, she takes amazing care of her clients at Arden Court.

The staff at Arden Courts are truly incredible! From customer service, attentive care to the residents and overall feeling of community. Anybody who steps foot into the building is greeted and made to feel welcomed. The staff truly show that they care about each and every person who enters the building. Family and friends are always welcomed to visit with loved ones and the facility has so many beautiful spots for the visits to take place. An amazing facility!

Arden Courts in King of Prussia was recommended to me for my mother's care by the social worker at Bryn Mawr Family medicine. My mother has late-onset Alzheimer's dementia. Not all memory care facilities are equipped with highly trained staff to provide compassionate and comprehensive care. We transferred my mother directly from the hospital ER at a time when her behavior was unpredictable due to panic and the disorienting symptoms of dementia. When I visited Arden Courts in King of Prussia, I met with their memory care advisor, their nursing supervisor and the director of the facility. I was impressed already from the well-presented website that emphasized their singular focus on memory care for dementia patients. The design of the facility was very well laid out in a way that allows outside walking for any resident on sidewalks in a secure but large fenced- in courtyard. At the prior facility my mother could only walk outside in unenclosed areas and only when accompanied by me (a visitor) or a staff person. A second and important feature of Arden Courts memory-care is that ALL the residents are memory care patients and everyone there is given an opportunity to participate in social activities, that include sing along games and creative participation programs. The staff at Arden Courts reach out to all the residents with a smile and helpful direction. As the primary care-giver for my mother I am very happy with the professional approach at Arden Courts. They have a resident staff geriatric doctor who was willing to take over medical care for my mother. His team has helped coordinate individual physical and occupational therapy for my mother and the nursing staff and administrative personnel are always helpful.

I want to give a big thank you to Alexis, Nicole and the entire staff at Arden Court. Families are often at their wits end with searching for the most appropriate dementia care community for their loved ones. Alexis and Nicole make the transition to their community easy and straightforward. Alexis is one of the most caring and knowledgeable individuals in the senior care industry. Nicole is very involved and responsive with family needs. I rest my head at night knowing the residents in her care are in the right place! Thank you ALL for what you do every day to help seniors and their families.

We were in a very tough spot with my dad. He was having advanced memory issues that needed all the sensativity and care of a dementia care facility while his physical health was also failing with multiple cancers while also recovering from a tricky fall that happened elsewhere. Thankfully, we found Arden Courts of King of Prussia and they welcomed him compassionately. The Arden Courts staff along with hospice were able to keep him safe, take care of his medical needs, and did what they could to encourage meaningful and comforting social interactions. I can't say enough about how patient and caring the staff was. My dad was a tough case, but Arden Courts gave him a chance to find peace. They would say, "Thank you for sharing your father with us." Well, I can't thank them enough for sharing their hearts with my dad and with the rest of us, his family.

We transferred my Dad here about 3 weeks ago because the previous facility was run by a "Drill Sargeant" who would get in your face, yell at residents, staff, family members and Care Givers. The most unprofessional place I've ever experienced and toured. The entire staff from the top down at this Arden Court is the most professional, caring, knowledgeable and nurturing that I've ever experienced. They are highly skilled at what they do and it shows everyday. I'm ecstatic that we have found our forever home for my father!

If your loved one has dementia this is the ONLY place to go, they are a team of HIGHLY educated and skilled individuals who understand this disease and will provide quality exceptional care while doing it with compassion. You will truly feel the care and love from the moment you contact them. At one of the hardest times in life, their team alleviates a huge part of the process and you can rest assured you made the right call.
August 2022
Arden Courts has been amazing throughout this whole process. We had to find a new place for my dad who started showing more severe signs of dementia and needed to be in a memory care facility, and after the first meeting with Alexis, both my mom and I agreed immediately that we loved her and her facility. She didn't even blink at anything we told her - it was obvious that she had seen it all before and it didn't phase her in the least; that's how we knew that this place would be able to take care of my dad better than where he was or any other place we looked at, because they understood what he was going through and were ready for it. They've walked us through everything we needed to do to get him there and have been SO responsive. They are excited to have him, and have been so friendly, so open, and so welcoming. I feel like he's getting cared for now, instead of just looked after.

Arden Courts was ready to accept our loved one into their facility when the need was critical. This not-for-profit organization is not concerned with acquiring a potential resident's assets as a part of admission to their facility. While they are not the lowest cost of all facilities we researched, they were also half the cost of the highest places we encountered. More importantly, they understand the unpredictable nature of dementia and the struggle family members find themselves in when trying to find appropriate and competent care for their loved one experiencing confusion, anger, frustration, and memory loss. They meet you where you are, provide educational materials to assist in understanding what your loved one is experiencing, and have the training and expertise required to help your loved one settle in to their new surroundings. When our mom was introduced to the facility she was very unhappy, frustrated, and not at all compliant where healthy medical recommendations and safety were concerned. The facility encouraged us to distance ourselves for a short time to let her get acclimated and to take the responsibility for "leaving her there" off our shoulders. They put a priority on restoring and maintaining our relationships with her by giving the medical staff the onus for placing her in this new place. We followed the advice given by the facility and in a short time, our mom adjusted nicely and is content in her new home. She is well cared for, safe, and has all of her needs met (she is well fed, has a small private room, on-site medical care, and socialization. She has activities daily, connects with the other residents, and gets her hair done regularly (very important to her!). We are pleased and have peace of mind that if her behaviors become erratic or difficult, and the kind other facilities won't accept or can't maintain, Arden Courts will never ask us to transfer her, but will, instead, continue to provide excellent care, safety, and medical treatment as they walk with her through the difficulties presented by dementia. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of memory care for a loved one.
August 2022
My dad was at Arbor Terrace before we found Arden Courts. It's nice to know there are places that really care about our loved ones as much as we do. We are so glad to have found such amazing care for my dad since we sadly couldn't provide the level he needed at home. I could sleep sound at night knowing he was in good hands. The amount of patience, understanding and how Arden handles "behaviors" is first class. A few things I loved about Arden Courts....ROUTINE: They do a nice job of keeping residents entertained and included or they accommodate those who do not want to be involved. INFRASTRUCTURE of the overall facility and grouping of the residents. I appreciated how they have 4 halls and divide the residents based on their disease, stage and personalities. The property is large compared to most and has various doors that allow access to the outdoor spaces if your loved one is still mobile. Residents can get exercise, fresh air and feel independent on the outdoor walking path. FAMILY FRIENDLY: My kids were welcome to come with me to visit Grandpa and the outdoor space was a great place to interact outside of their rooms. CARE: because we all know this is the most important factor. It starts with Nicole who runs the facility. Everyone hired is not only qualified but has a huge heart and cares deeply about each individual. At a time that we see a lot of turnover and uncertainty in the work force there is a reason the staff stays at Arden. Being a caretaker is a really difficult job but they make it look easy. Using deflection or distraction to deal with the simplest or most challenging interaction. My dad was always well fed, looked after, changed, showered and treated with respect. I know he always appreciated the joking nature and banter the care provided. I felt the love for my dad from so many different people at Arden. From the front office, nurses and those who weren't even my dads main caregivers. But especially thankful for Yvonne and Chris. It felt like a family over there. Sadly my dad is no longer with us but I am so thankful for finding Arden, the entire staff and the care he was provided til his last breath. Can't thank them enough for the care and affection they showed my dad, all residents and our family. You are angels.

We received excellent care from the staff at Arden Court of King of Prussia. From their memory care advisor to the resident caregivers. We were in a crisis with our father and did not know what to do. The memory care advisor answered every question and gave us the support we needed to have confidence in his placement at Arden Court. On admission, his resident caregiver made outstanding efforts to ease our father's anxiety and lovingly helped him to feel comfortable in his new environment. He worked tirelessly to learn about our father's triggers, routines and customs, which helped us to feel at ease with a very difficult discussion. The team at Arden Court of King of Prussia is committed to excellence and they are passionate about their residents. They really treat them like family.

The caregivers, staff and clinical professionals at Arden courts, in KOP, go above and beyond for their patients.
May 2022
My father has been a resident for over a year and we have been consistently impressed with the level of engagement of the staff with patients and their families. We moved in during the pandemic, and despite the difficult circumstances had no problem staying in touch. Throughout our time there, the staff have gone out of their way to support our family and care for my father. They have really gone above and beyond what I was expecting of a memory care facility. We are very grateful to have found this community and would highly recommend Arden Courts

My great grandmother is at Arden Courts and she is very well cared for by the caregivers. Thank you for caring for my great grandmother, I am so thankful!
April 2022
The staff from arranging my relatives care to nurses and other caregivers was outstanding. Best decision we ever made for care.
March 2022
I highly recommend Arden Courts based upon our experience of our Mom receiving care there when her needs could no longer be met by aides from another agency coming to her own residence. Nicole and Alexis set the tone from the get go that the care and living experience of the residents is everyone's priority. I couldn't help but notice that the whole team held this same mission of quality care as they interacted with our Mom, other residents, and my other family members and me when we came to visit our Mom. In addition to Nicole and Alexis, other exemplary staff who I felt went above and beyond to provide the best care for my Mom included the nurses, Jen and Dannita, and the aides Marie, Marie, and Youselyn. I really felt that the quality of personal care that my Mom received at Arden Courts not only met her personal care needs but also brought her back to a better level of dignity, which gave us all greater peace of heart and mind. My heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Arden Courts for everything they have done for our Mom and for our family. May other families be so equally blessed to find their way to you. Sincerely, Jesse Frechette

Team Arden Courts THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for taking such incredible care of my grandmother. Myself, my siblings and cousins are so thankful for the quality care, loving, home like environment, compassion, dedication and kindness you have shown our family but more importantly our beloved grandmother. We trusted you with our precious matriarch and you exceeded all expectations.

Alexis did not lie! Arden Courts is the place for your family member with Dementia. We had my mother in another facility for a year and she was sent to the hospital 8 times and then fell and broke her hip. She was sent to Pomedica for rehab and we were pleased with that experience. The other facility had no idea how she fell or when and then informed us they would not accept her back. Luckily we found Arden Courts and could not be happier with the care she has received. The people are wonderful and so sweet with her. I am so happy we found Arden Courts
January 2022
During such a difficult time for my mother, the Arden Courts Staff has went above and beyond caring for her. Nicole and Alexis have always made sure that my mom is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They have along with their wonderful team of nurses and caregivers been so supportive and educational to our family and friends that have visited. In addition, Jen Thomas, the promedica hospice nurse, has been so informative, kind and empathetic with tremendous bed side manner. Jen's communication with us has been extraordinary and greatly appreciated. The entire Arden Team provides top notch services and I am so grateful that they have been so compassionate to my mother.

Our mother, who has dementia, was at a previous assisted living facility primarily focused on personal care with a small memory care unit. She became unstable in the memory care unit and the facility could no longer accommodate her. My sister and I were desperate and had no idea where to turn. We were introduced to Alexis Ferrara at Arden Courts and she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation. She knew exactly what hospitals in the area had geriatric behavioral health units, which is precisely where our mother needed to go in order to get her on the proper medications and stabilized. Based on Alexis' guidance and professional expertise, my sister and I were able to get our mother evaluated and admitted to one of the geriatric behavioral health units to be stabilized. After a month, our mother was finally able to transition into Arden Courts. The transition has been extremely smooth and our mother is truly flourishing there! We haven't seen our mother this happy and engaged in months. My sister and I can't say enough good things about Alexis and Arden Courts! With the previous assisted living facility and numerous area hospitals at a loss on how to treat/handle our mother's behavioral issues stemming from her dementia, my sister and I had no clue on how to proceed until thankfully we were introduced to Alexis.

When looking for a memory care facility for dad, I narrowed down my search to two different places--Arden Courts being one of them. Although it's geographically further away from where I reside, I know I made the right decision. Alexis Ferrara was my initial contact and she's been nothing short of amazing. She took the time away from her own family to speak with me at great length on a weekend and arranged for me to have a tour the very next day, realizing the urgent nature of my specific situation. Every subsequent communication with Alexis has been great. You can tell she really cares and takes her job seriously. The Executive Director, Nicole Groff, has been very responsive and reassuring as well. In fact every single staff member I have come in contact with has been wonderful. The nursing staff is top notch. Nurse Dannita has been fabulous throughout this transition. They all thoroughly understand this is a difficult decision for families and make you feel like your loved one is in the best place for them. This is compassionate memory care and I'm so happy with my decision.

We moved our grandmother in to Arden Courts after approximately 1 year of home care. As anyone can imagine, this move was a very emotional one however the team at Arden Courts made it a stress free pleasant one under sad circumstances. The executive director, Nicole is aces, so incredibly friendly and always ready and willing to answer questions... even having her dog, Gracie greet us on move in day as well as frequently visiting our grandmother who loves animals which made her day . The communication is exceptional, from day 1 to present! The caregivers are attentive and accommodating, very thorough in their job duties and ALWAYS present on the floor assisting other residents and readily available to lend a helping hand. The caregivers assigned to our grandmother, Marie T, Youselyne and Marie C., they are true angels, the kindest, most compassionate, empathetic, patient souls. We can rest assured knowing we made the right choice in placement with the team at Arden Courts! Thank you all for what you do each and every single day, without hesitation, not just for our family but for all the others we have had the pleasure watching you interact with! You are all a huge blessing! Keep doing what you're doing because clearly it's working and that is what sets you apart! IF YOU ARE IN SEARCH OF PLACEMENT FOR A LOVED ONE WITH A DEMENTIA DIAGNOSIS AND ARE IN THE PHASE OF VISITING COMMUNITIES TO SEE WHICH ONE BEST SUITS YOU LIKE THOSE ASSISTED LIVING BUILDINGS WITH MEMORY CARE UNITS POPPING UP ALL OVER PLEASE CHANGE YOUR FOCUS TO FINDING A COMMUNITY SUCH AS ARDEN COURTS WHERE THE PRIMARY FOCUS IS MEMORY CARE AND ONLY MEMORY CARE AS THIS COMMUNITY IS STAFFED BY TRAINED QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS IN A SETTING THAT IS STRUCTURALLY GEARED TO TO RESIDENT I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH
November 2021
My family and I can not sing enough praises for Arden Courts! Honestly, they will become your family..they are family to me and mine! My Dad suffered a tragic experience from a prior facility. The day I transferred him from there to Arden Courts was both a miracle and a blessing! Alexis, Nicole, Melissa, Danita, Yvonne and so many more have gone above and beyond each and every day! Everyone at Arden Courts is caring, helpful and kind..from the front desk to care persons, housekeeping and even the chef!! The care, respect, communication and love that they show to each resident and their families is evident from the moment you arrive..well, even from the first time you meet Alexis! If I could do it all over again for my loved one, I'd go back and choose Arden Courts from day 1!

(edited 5/22/21) I'd like to give a big shout-out to Alexis who was my point of contact here. Communication: 10 stars! Responsiveness: 10 stars! Empathy: 10 stars! Real info you can use: 10 stars! When you go about seeking a care home for your parent or friend, no matter the level of care they need, you must sort out the fluff from the facts. All the brochures and websites have smiling faces, tasty menus and cozy rooms on display. While that's all good and fine, the real story is what happens at 10:45 PM when your loved one is cranky and can't rest. Has the leadership team's program of caring been adopted by all the team, so they simply don't just shut the door and turn up the headphones? You better hope so as learning this the hard way will involve time and pain. Have the staff been there long enough to form good team spirit? Do they give the 110% as much as they can? Frankly, you may never know unless you witness it first hand. When considering a place, sorting the sales pitch from the facts and details is really key. And it's exceptionally hard. Alexis offered a genuine, honest, empathetic perspective that I was talking to the right team at the right place. I was offered the information I needed to make an informed choice. THANK YOU. PS. The four stars is really for the facility. While I'm confident they would offer good care when nobody is looking, the costs seemed way out of line. EDIT: After some thought, I need to clarify and amend my comments about costs. As a small business owner, I'm very much aware that costs are often built around the unique services or offerings of a business. To understand good value you must often experience it first hand, then you might be able to offer a perspective. As I did not select this facility to care for my elder, I do not have a fair perspective on the experienced cost/value, so I think my comments above are too vague and unfair. It's true they might have a higher cost per period or service, but you may get far better value in return. When looking at the many choices for care in the area, some are lower cost and some are much higher. Many, many factors can impact a price. While the cost I was offered was outside of my budget parameters, it was simply one of many factors that influenced my decision. For YOUR situation and YOUR budget, it might be the perfect solution. If I use my positive experiences with the people I met there while performing my due diligence; this facility is one of the best deals out there.

We just moved my Dad in after he was in another facility for memory care. Arden Courts has been awesome! The staff is helpful and incredibly caring, accessible, communicative and most importantly respectful and wonderful to my Dad. We are thrilled with our choice to move him to this very special place.
April 2021
My wife has now been at Arden Courts in King of Prussia for 20 months....all through Covid. She has Alzheimers Disease and while she is still physically mobile, cognitively she is very limited. The last year has been very, very difficult due to Covid restrictions. Last week, I was able, along with two of our adult children to visit her for the first time in many months inside the facility. Everything considered, we had an excellent visit. She was in good spirits, looked ok and clearly continues to be very well taken care. Also, ACs physical plant has been spruced up considerably. It was never bad but it now looks much brighter and fresher. Fresh painting, new carpets, new furniture, new kitchens etc. I never cease to be amazed at quality of the care and attention Nicole, Kelly and their team give to my wife and all ACs other residents. I remain so grateful that my wife has a place where she is safe, well-cared for and can be herself. I continue to strongly endorse AC as a go to facility for anyone looking to make the impossible decision of placing a loved on who has reached an advanced state with one of the dementias and can no longer be cared for at home..
March 2021
My brothers and I were looking for a memory care facility for our 89 year old mother who suffers from Dementia. We wanted her to be safe, well taken care of and feel at home. We did lots of research and after visiting Arden Court and meeting with their staff I knew that this was the perfect place for Mom to call home! I cannot say enough about Nicole and her staff who have gone above and beyond making my Mom feel loved since day one and welcoming her into their family. Thank you Arden Court for all you do....you guys ROCK!!!!!

I am delighted to have found Arden Courts with Alexis and her team who created a high level of comfort for my friends transition from the hospital.Alexis hand held my friend as if she were her own relative personalizing gifts to make her holiday move-in happy, pleasant and fun.Transitions are difficult and take time but I am confident that with the attention and caring of the staff that I have experienced my friend will thrive. She already made friends in a veryshort period!
December 2020
My sister and I met with Alexis to assess whether Arden Courts was the right facility for our mother who was acutely in need of a memory care facility. Alexis was an outstanding advocate for her facility, spending more than 3 hours with us, answering the trillion questions we asked about how Arden Courts would handle this or that behavior or situation; compassionately listening to all our concerns; plying us with books on Alzheimers to provide more resources to us in response to our questions; and taking us on a tour of the unit our mother would be joining during which we witnessed her warm, kind and skilled interactions with several residents. Following our first meeting, she was extremely responsive to our follow up questions and worked effectively with us once we decided on Arden Courts for our mother to get her and her partner quickly into the facility. Alexis knowledge of the disease and obvious compassion for the suffering of Alzheimers patients, as well as her co rubies support has been invaluable!
November 2020
Arden Courts King of Prussia has given our family peace of mind, freedom and a new life to my parents. It has been a very difficult time for us as recent circumstances has led my parents from independent living to needing full time supervision in a memory care facility within the short span of a couple of weeks. As grueling and emotionally draining this situation has been, Arden Court made it incredibly smooth and supported us with their knowledge of the disease and the paperwork process of rehabilitation to assisted living. Alexis, memory care advisor, was quickly responsive and very attentive to all of our questions and concerns helping us every step of the way. We were able to get placement for my parents in one weeks time, with fully renovating a room to accommodate both my parents. In addition to Alexis, its evident that the entire staff director, nursing and caregiving staff enjoy what they do and care about the residents. After lots of worrying about my parents transition, we came in to visit on their second day to find them singing, smiling and having a great time. We cant express enough the joy and relief we feel and the appreciation we have for Arden Court. Thank you all so much!
November 2020
The support that Alexis gave to our family through this difficult transition was amazing. Her willingness to be there, her strength of purpose, her patience with the patient and the family members and her un-ending optimism gave us the confidence to move forward.
October 2020
Just wanted to Thank Alexis and her team for making my mother-in-laws transition to Arden Court such a wonderful experience. We had to do all of this through COVID and it could not have gone better! My mother-in-law has settled in very well and the staff has been AWESOME in the whole process.Highly recommend
October 2020
Mom has been at Arden for 2 plus years now after being bounced out of two other ‘fancy memory care facilities and we have nothing but good things to say about Nicole and her team. Its not about glitz and glamor its totally about the people who take care of your loved one. As we visit almost daily, the staff has not changed, as a matter of fact it has gotten better. When you have employees who have been at Arden for five plus years that speaks volumes thus we know mom is in good hands.Look, nothing is perfect however Arden has been a great experience during a tough time and we know they love mom.
October 2020
Im so happy that weve found such a caring community for my brother to recuperate from trauma, surgery and memory impairment. Alexis is an absolute angel. Her talents are many though I am most thankful for her positive, outgoing energy and compassionate care of my brother and residents. We unfortunately had to move 3 times before we found Arden Court. Alexis was so helpful in making the move possible and then welcoming my brother. Shes gone above and beyond with a welcome basket, introducing him to potential friends and getting him involved. I see positive changes already. Thank you Alexis and Arden Court!
October 2020
We have moved a family member here and the experience has of course been a difficult one. Alexis and the team have been amazing and responsive throughout this transition. We feel lucky to have not only found the facility but found one with this particular staff. The knowledge, kindness, caring and willingness to educate us has been a godsend. Not many can do this work and I am conscious of that every day. Arden Courts, King of Prussia is one of the good ones.
October 2020
Working for this wonderful company is phenomenal and at Arden courts its about compassion and love. have to say being here is like family.... and every resident is treated like an extension to my family. So if your looking for that one place to send your love ones to, send them here to Arden courts because family values starts at homeWELCOME HOME.
August 2020
Alexis, Nicole, Mary, and staff have been compassionate and creative in a difficult situation. I am guardian of woman who was discharged from hospital (without my agreement) to a squalid nursing home, the worst we have seen. Arden responded quickly to our plea for help and we were able to move our person within two days. Alexis even transported her! And, the very kind laundry person washed all of her clothes which we had picked up from her former living situation. Thank you!

Talk about being at the right place at the right time. I did not meet this young lady my father refers to as the angel personally but when I heard my parents experience with her, in all places, target, I felt the need to leave a note. My parents were shopping in target and as they were browsing the aisles my mom had to use the ladies room, as of recent, mom has advanced in her dementia which has been sad to watch, not only sad for my mom but my dad too. We put an in-law suite on to be able to manage this because we could never afford a nursing home. My dad was trying to get my mom in the bathroom when up comes Alexia (I know her name because she gave my dad her card with a beautiful quote on the backside), Alexia stopped and asked if she could help and my dad took her up on the offer. Alexia helped mom, got her situated and even waited for her so she could walk her back out to my dad. This young lady did not need to stop dead in her tracks to help out strangers but she did. It doesnt stop there, she even sat with my parents and told them about a group she holds in the area to help others in my dads situation. This is proof angels do exist. I do not have an experience with her place of business but thought it would be enlightening for people to see there is help out there. We are sure of it. I hope she sees this. Thank you very much.
July 2020
We recently moved my dad into Arden Courts after he was asked to leave another facility due to behaviors. As anyone knows, behaviors come with the disease. Alexis handled our transition into the facility and nearly pulled off a miracle getting my dad out of the behavioral hospital and into Arden so he wouldnt have to spend Christmas in an institutional setting away from his family. We are so grateful for the caring, concern and responsiveness we have been shown. Most importantly, they are kind to my dad. When he went in, he couldnt walk, and now he can. He is doing so much better due to the compassionate care he is getting there. Highly recommended for anyone who is facing this awful disease.

I want to thank Arden Courts for the smoothest transition into memory care for our parents. What could have been a gut wrenching day for our parents (and also for us) was turned into a pleasant experience with the staff and their friendly manner, and clear understanding of our parents needs. was taken aback from the beginning that no matter what role each staff member plays at Arden care - that they all stop and help, answer questions, jump right in and have a great deal of knowledge and tenor on memory care. They bend over backwards to support you and your loved onesOn move in day today - 3 staff members stayed super late to accommodate us and constantly were diving in to help us get set up properly - understanding the importance of familiar items and comfort for our parents and interacting positively with all the residents . It was a delight to see and I am excited and relieved to have our parents in such capable hands and to have the aid and expert communication and advice on our parents ever changing conditionsThank you Arden Court king of Prussia for partnering with us and our loved ones on their new journey in memory care.

We had a wonderful experience with the staff regarding transition of our father. When faced with adversity and complications they worked hard at helping us through the process. They even went to help transport him themselves. Thank you for everything.

My mother was given information about Arden Courts of King of Prussia and we came to take a tour. We met with Alexis. I dont think you will ever find a nicer, more involved, more caring individual than Alexis. She is extremely knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond. She offered to come get my mom if she didnt have transportation. She shared an abundance of resource information with me that is invaluable. She is also very excited about the program they have at Arden Courts and has activities and promotions plans for the residences for months to come!. It is so wonderful to see someone who is so involved in the care of the people at Arden Courts of King of Prussia. She is ALWAYS available when I have a question. Awesome woman, awesome program!!

My wife Susan has Alzheimers Desease and after 4 years of steady decline with caregivers 12 hours per day, I made the impossible decision I could no longer care for her safely at home. I looked at several memory care facilities in the greater Philadelphia area and decided on Arden Courts in King of Prussia PA. I loved the facilitys design. Its large and bright with plenty of room to move around and wander while still being safe, which my wife likes to do. Also, it has a very nice secure outdoors area. NIcole (ED) and Gwen (Marketing Director) were warm, candid and clearly knowledgeable in introducing me to the facility and helping me understand what to expect when we moved Susan in. She went in to the on 7-1-2019 and has now been there 17 days. Her transitions has been better than I ever could have expected. Everything has turned out exactly Nicole and Gwen described. They really do go all out in caring for residents and supporting families. The caregiver staff also has been very responsive and kind. The facility is very clean. We bought furniture for Susans room and it has a very warm cozy feel to it. Her room including bathroom is cleaned every day. The food is very good. There is hourly programming with a dedicated activities staff. There is a nurses station with coverage days and evenings. Overall I cant overstate what a relief it is to have this great group caring for my wife. Theyve made this very difficult time for me and my family at least manageable. I can stop being a caregiver and start being a husband again. Thanks for everything Arden Courts KOP team.

I can say enough great things about Arden Courts in King of Prussia. They are an excellent professional example of what memory care should look like using best practices in this field of medicine when caring for our loved ones.A big shout-out to Alexis for helping my family when we needed a quick, efficient, and caring transition from the hospital to Arden. I was amazed and so grateful that I only had to ask once and I received immediate response, support, and action when I had to manage so many details for my mothers hospital care and release in a very short period of time. Alexis went out of her way to visit Mom in the hospital prior to her release and worked hard to get to know Mom so that she could better care for her through this transition.Every person on staff at Arden Courts is warm, positive and caring! Nicole has been amazing as well helping us navigate all of the details for Moms care. I am so glad we found this treasure trove of support and ongoing care for our mom.

My father has expanded his extended family living at Arden Courts, King of Prussia. He now interacts and smiles in a way he rarely did while under his familys care. The daily schedule of activities is so robust that my 85-year-old is hardly idle; he even exercises! The caregivers treat him with respect, love and care; you can see it in their eyes as they interact. Dad is nurtured by people that tend to him in a way his own family could not because of this terrible disease dementia. I am beyond grateful he is surrounded by knowledgeable and caring staff that keep him safe, entertained and loved. He is home.

Very hands on, caring staff, all the way from the director to the aids. A warm, home-like environment with a lot of interaction between staff and residents.

Our experience has been nothing short of great with Arden Courts of King of Prussia. We made the mistake of placing Mom in a place in Devon (near Devon Prep) that claimed they were able to handle Dementia but after just three days there we found they didnt have the personnel or the facility to handle her. Thats when we were recommended to Arden Court. She is getting excellent round the clock care. The Caregivers there are so kind to her. They dress her every morning in the nicest of her outfits and even take the time and care to put jewelry and her wigs on. My Mom loves the food. She also loves the activities they have scheduled twice a day everyday...oh and she really loves her snack-time in the afternoon. This whole disease has been very painful for Moms loved ones and Arden Court has certainly made this journey less painful for us.
