The Little Mates Childcare Facility is wonderful and has two locations. One of which is based out of Tel Hai Retirement Community! Their staff is all around attentive, caring and kind. Their facilities are amazing and the space is modern, clean and spacious. They feed the kids real food, and they teach life skills that help grow the children rapidly. They treat each child as their own. ❤️

They really care about, took care of and continue to take great care of all of us residents. Especially during the COVID time the world has been going through. Some people had problems with COVID but much less than most other places that we know or have heard about. Strictly followed all the CDC and government requirements even when we did not like it. So glad we moved here in 2018.

Very nice facility. Open, friendly. I have always lived near this facility and known about it for years. It has a huge complex with multiple areas for everything from Independent Living to Memory Care. This is one of our favorites that we have toured.

They are very caring...sometimes they seemed to need some help in communication. But for the most part they took good care of my father in law and they were very kind and helpful to my mother in law. The social workers, aids, activities dept, maintenance laundry, and food service were really great. We also liked the therapists that he worked with while there. They were a very cohesive team.

Tel hai has EVERYTHING a person would want. My application has been there for 3 years. My mom and dad currently live there and they are in their 80s. It has 2 pools, numerous restaurants, banking. Library, activities and classes oh wow!! And the employees are smiling and helpful. A BEAUTIFUL place to live.

Pastor Tim Herr at Tel Hai has been so wonderful and kind to my family. With the passing of my sister, grandfather, and has dropped everything twice to be at the side of my grandmother. I also enjoyed working at Tel Hai as a med tech. Everyone was so kind and respectful.

My parents live there. EVERY THING is taken care of. There are many levels of care. My dad was in the hospital and because Tel Hair has a rehab on site he was able to come home. My moms golf cart had a flat tire on her golf cart maintenance fixed it!! They made the apt. Custom to what they wanted. Paint, rugs,kitchen cabinets, linoleum in kitchen, etc mom wanted a walk in shower so they took out the bathtub and she has a standup shower, call nurse switches in the bathroom etc. A sprinkler system in her apt. I put my name in to move there. It will b a while but Im excited!! They also have restaurants! She can order and if necessary deliver to her. They have 2 pools!library, craft buildings, exercise and physical therapy rooms. The place is awesome!!

My grandmother was a resident at Tel Hai for 13 years. I am so grateful to work here. I know that she would be proud! As would my grandfather who was very fond of the residents, staff wonderful care that my grandmother received while at Tel Hai!!
