My mother was at the Manor for a few months and was suffering terrible memory loss. The Atiyeh family members were so good to my mom. She suffered a lot and the team at Saucon Valley Manor gave her peace, care, love, and support.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care our father received while he was a resident at Saucon Valley Manor. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff genuinely care.. The nurses, aides, and support staff treated him with dignity, patience, and compassion, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The level of attentiveness and professionalism was outstanding. They were responsive, kind, and always willing to take the time to explain things or address concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure our father was comfortable, safe, and respected every single day. It truly felt like a community where residents are known, valued, and cared for as individuals. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, but what truly sets Saucon Valley Manor apart is the heart of its people. Knowing our father was in such capable and caring hands meant more to us than words can express. An excellent facility that took care of my mother for several years - through good times and hard times. My mother was so found of the Atiyeh family and all the staff at Saucon Valley Manor. The care was second to none. Prices were affordable. And service was exceptional.

What a wonderful experience during an extremely tough time. We moved my grandmother into their memory care area and shortly after began hospice. The facility is super clean and rooms are nice and very spacious. The staff is extremely caring and attentive, even when they don’t know anyone is watching. They partner with a wonderful hospice as well. I wish knew about Saukon Valley Manner and moved her here sooner. I would definitely recommend this assisted living facility. The communication and care was fantastic. Thank you Saukon Valley staff for making this time much less stressful and painful.

After my mother’s sudden death in July my dad’s whole life changed! They were married 70 years and she was his sole caretaker! After much research we decided on Saucon Manor in Hellertown. Dealing with extreme sadness and physical obstacles from my dad's paralysis from his stroke 20 years ago was difficult at first because my mom and him had their own way of doing things and change is very difficult for a 93 year old! I must say the administration and staff have been top notch to work with! I live a mile away and spend lots of time there and see first hand how hard everyone works to give the residents the care they need and deserve! Believe me when I say they are taking good care of my dad and I wouldn’t of had it any other waythank you Saucon for helping us through this most difficult time Patti Sweeney

Senior living at it's Best ! When you get at the point where you can't take care of yourself anymore, it's time to throw in the towel and get help. Saucon Valley Manor will fit your needs if you can pay the monthly fees. The meals are great and everyone working there Cares about you.

No matter what people say or hear there is no such thing as the "perfect" nursing home. Each person will have their own experience whether it be a negative or a positive one. The most important thing is for the business to hold accountability and continue to improve for the benefit of the business and most importantly for the residents who reside there. With that being said, there is no right or wrong comment here. You make your own personal opinion.

In 2016, 2017, Mom and Dad both lived at Saucon Valley Manor in Hellertown, they were very happy as was our entire family. They started in Independent Living, Mom moved to first level of Memory Care (as expected). Dad could visit her anytime and ate his meals with her. The staff was wonderful during the transition and helped my Dad cope as well (they had been married for 63 years). Family could visit anytime ( and we did often) unannounced and all we noticed was caring, compassionate, efficient staff. We could discuss habits, changes, medications, with the staff as they knew both Mom and Dad on a daily basis. Mom moved several times to other memory care units in SV as her Dementia declined at a quick pace. Each level was more care and more compassion and incredibly skilled care and each move they helped Dad to cope with the changes in his wife. Dad continued to live in his spacious apartment. We knew Saucon Valley could meet their needs and they would be safe and well cared for. What an excellent facility !! Best decision we made!
