I visited the community and was greeted by a resident sitting outside who expressed how much she loved the community. This was a great start to my visit. As I toured the community, I was greeted by smiles by residents and staff members. During my visit I met with the administrator who was kind and courteous and able to answer all my questions. The community felt like home. While it did not have all the bells and whistles of some of the newer assisted living facilities, it made up for this with kindness and love. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

My grandmother resides at Haverford Estates currently and I find this team to be exceptional. My family has high standards and every time my family has had a concern we were reassured by both the management team and the caring and talented nursing staff, especially Tierra and D.J. My grandmother is fairly independent but we recently had a scare, thanks to the team here my grandmother was able to remain at "home" and looked after. The peace of mind that good people are looking after her is priceless. I can tell they treat each resident like their own loved one. If you are looking for a community that feels like family, I highly recommend Haverford Estates.

Whoever hasn't had a moment to meet Kelly Richardson, you should! you can say Kelly Richardson is so helpful anytime I have a concern or call about questions as I figure out nexts steps with my family and their needs. Truly inspiring to recommend this location as a community spot and an excellent team with Kelly as apart of it. Definitely recommend this one 10/5 if I could. Brandywine Living at Haverford Estates is a beautiful community in the heart of the mainline. I support this community as a Program Manager for Bayada Senior Living Solutions providing Home health, Outpatient Therapy and Hospice serves to the residents. My team works closely with Jessica , Kelly and all the caregivers in the community to provide PT, OT, speech therapy and nursing services. Brandywine has an incredible staff dedicated to ensuring the comfort and safety of every resident. I would highly recommend this community for families looking for a vibrant environment for their loved ones to age in place.

Everyone, from the front desk, administrative staff, maintenance, cleaning staff, dining staff, nurses, care managers, activities team and care staff are fabulous!! There are too many to name (and I would feel terrible if I forgot anyone), but they know who they are. They are friendly, very caring, responsive to needs and provide everything my Mom needs. My Mom is in the Reflections Memory Care Unit on the first floor. She is physically very healthy (just started using a walker in the past couple of months), but her cognitive abilities are at a point where she isn't very responsive and just stares sometimes due to Alzheimer's dementia. I am very appreciative of EVERYONE at Brandywine Living at Haverford estates for taking care of her and putting my mind at ease. I'll be very sad when her money runs out and I have to move her. 🙁 THANK YOU ALL at Brandywine!

I am very pleased with the care my Mom is receiving at Brandywine. Every time I call or visit they know where she is , if she's been in the dining room for her recent meal, they call me when they are concerned about her health and/or behavior and they are concerned for her well being. The meals are good, the people are welcoming and the facility is clean. No one wants to leave their home but this place is as good as it gets. And they have Happy Hour!! Sign me up when my time comes.

We are so happy with Brandywine! After an awful 10 months at another assisted living facility, we moved my mom here. We are thrilled with the level of care that she receives, the staffing ratios are amazing, the cleanliness is impressive, the activities are varied and abundant. From the first day during the height of the pandemic, Ian and his staff made sure my Father and our family were taken care of. Throughout my fathers time at Brandywine Ian would check in to make sure needs were being met and discuss with my Mother so there was a sense of ease. Tanya is and has been an angel for my father and someone I will always consider a friend given the way she looked after my father. From Janice guarding the front with a smile and a laugh to Mike taking care of the things no one wants to, they and all of the staff are sincerely appreciated and will always hold a place in our hearts.
