My father's diagnosis of vascular dementia, was an unexpected and very emotional situation for all of my family. He was and still is a man that we all love so very much. We knew it had to be special caretakers to work with him and thought a male caretaker would be best. Steve and Sal were truly amazing. They were kind, compassionate and always on time. They handled my dad's unique situation with total skill. We have since moved with my dad to another state or we would still be using their services. We liked them so much that we have called them in to work with another family that can use their help.

My 87 year old father fell and fractured his hip. A few days after his surgery he was sent to Jenner's Pond rehabilitation. He was there for just about a month and came home. Prior to his release my wife and I looked into different in-home care companies that had been referred to us. We spoke to three in total. We chose Well Springs Home Care because they were personal, had empathy regarding our situation, were 100% transparent with scheduling and their pricing was reasonable. Now on to their care takers: Because my dad lives in an in-law suite in our home, it was really important that the care he received was top notch and personable. Each care provider was absolutely professional, also had empathy and knew how to deal with someone my dad's age who was recovering from surgery. They worked in unison with the visiting physical therapist to get my dad back to his pre fall/accident condition. Between the caretakers communication and that of the management of Well Springs, we truly could not have asked for more. If you're in the situation where you need in home care for your parent(s)or anyone else, allow our experience to help you make the right decision in hiring an outstanding organization! As someone who has used several agencies over the years (both for my father , mother, and currently for my aunt), I have experienced all the good, bad, and the ugly scenarios of trying to get much needed help. WellSprings is a relatively new agency (thus you might not find them on the standard lists of home health agencies), but I am sure it will become well-known soon. They are a consummate professional group that will work with you until you find that perfect match between the caregiver and your loved one. My aunt has received 24 hr. care more than six months now, and if it wasnt for WellSprings aides, she would have been forced to leave her home and to go to an assisted living place. She recently lost her husband of 60 years and so leaving her beloved home was not an option. With WellSprings, my aunt has been able to receive consistent care from a core group of kind and professional home health aides. Thank you WellSpring! P.S. My policy is not to give a full five stars unless I have worked with a group-business for more than a year.

WellSprings made it so easy for me to find help for my dad. Justin took my call and within 48 hours we had a wonderful caregiver scheduled to work with my dad! The management team followed up to see how things were going, and have constantly stayed in communication with me. I really like how much management is involved, they are all so personable and seem to truly care about their clients which really sets them apart from other agencies we tried working with. I highly recommend WellSprings if you are on the hunt for great caregivers for your loved one.

Contacted Justin from out of state to help find an aide for my Dad, who recently moved to PA from NJ, and was having trouble adjusting. Justin was incredible, he set up a meeting with us, sat and discussed what we were looking for and he worked very hard to find the perfect aide for my Dad. The systems set up to help out of town families feel connected was great, although not full proof. Scheduling and payment was very easy The aide was hired specifically for my Dad and was gentle and kind. The screening process is in depth to give further peace of mind to families. I would recommend WellSprings Home Care Ltd. to any family seeking assistance, we enjoyed Justins positive attitude and empathy to our situation. Awesome company!
