Just moved in recently, and had reservations about renting in any large single building complex. But just a few days in, in was very comfortable here. Nice staff, clean, well maintained building, grounds and apartments, great tenants. The first day there, i met a half dozen of them. Ended up first day with 6 new friends, an offer to join one of them on daily walks around the grounds, two hugs and a plate of fresh homemade Brownies. I think, even long term, I am going to love it here.

Very expensive, the people higher up in charge of the $$ do NOT care about their people!! The new maintenance man is doing a WONDERFUL job with what he's given. Management does not authorize or make $$ available so he can fix ALL that needs fixed. Plus I have no idea what the tenants pay for. These are seniors they don't have much but rent is high and they don't seem to get much for it. Certainly not a well working building and apartments.
