Apartments Manager is very helpful, approachable, spontaneous to Residential questions and needs, as well as assistance for any maintenance attention. A very friendly community with a variety of activities available. Many thanks to our Manager and management staff for keeping this place very safe and secured always. DMR

Jessica Bane our property manager is to be commended for the way she handled our power problems when our main circuit breaker failed. She kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs. She put in extra hours to be there for us. In the almost 6 years I have lived here, she is by far the best PM we've ever had. She is strict but fair. Her door is always open when we need to talk to her. I hope Clover realizes the excellent PM we have here.

I'm still unpacking but I love my apartment. It's quiet and meeting new friends, a lot of good cooks for the events. Love the actives that are offered which are quite often.

I love living here. The majority of people are friendly. I have met a lot of new people and have made new friends. This new life experience has been a positive one. The new Property Manager (Jessica) and the Maintenance man (Chris) are very hard workers. They work together well and go above and beyond to address issues as they arise. A variety of fun activities planned at various times and days of the week too.

My parents live there. They’ve been through so many managers and right now their parking lot is buried because nobody has had anybody snowplow the lot!! The manager has quit and they haven’t even tried to post the position to hire anyone else!! It’s a greedy corporate owned apt complex and they don’t care about the residents. Just their money. They raise their rent by $100 to $200 every year!!

Love my apartment. Moved me to a new apartment when there was a ceiling leak after a severe wind and rain storm caused shingles to blow off in January. Activities are good. There are new activities being started. Staff are friendly and respond to your concerns. I would recommend this complex.

Just moved in recently, and had reservations about renting in any large single building complex. But just a few days in, in was very comfortable here. Nice staff, clean, well maintained building, grounds and apartments, great tenants. The first day there, i met a half dozen of them. Ended up first day with 6 new friends, an offer to join one of them on daily walks around the grounds, two hugs and a plate of fresh homemade Brownies. I think, even long term, I am going to love it here.

Very expensive, the people higher up in charge of the $$ do NOT care about their people!! The new maintenance man is doing a WONDERFUL job with what he's given. Management does not authorize or make $$ available so he can fix ALL that needs fixed. Plus I have no idea what the tenants pay for. These are seniors they don't have much but rent is high and they don't seem to get much for it. Certainly not a well working building and apartments.

My mother moved in Oct 2017 and it's fantastic! Place is VERY nice, safe, trees but close to everything. No more dragging out garbage, shoveling to get the mail, or missing bills because it's all included in the rent! The people are fantastic, common areas are beautiful and very well maintained. My 20 yr old daughter and I would live there in a heartbeat!
