Would give a zero if I could
June 2021
As I entered the facility on June 9, 2021 at 1:30PM all signs asking guests to wear masks were removed from the Entrance doors. The resident I came to see and I were not permitted to visit in her private room, because the house doctor was coming at 2PM. We were to visit in the lobby. With all of the staff continually passing through the lobby, including the manager, I was never once told that I had to wear a mask. The doctor finally arrived at 3:50PM and I left the building. I returned for another visit on June 13 at 1:30PM and once again there were NO SIGNS on the Entrance doors telling visitors to wear masks. As soon as I entered, an employee (Torri) boldly told me that I had to wear a mask. I ask her why the signs saying so were taken down and that I was able to visit the previous Wednesday without a mask; however, she gave no response. I went back to my car and put on a mask. IF VISITORS ARE TO WEAR MASKS THEN SIGNS SHOULD BE ON THE ENTRANCE DOORS, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS TRANSITION TIME OF STATE COVID GUIDELINES BEING LIFTED. GUESTS ARE NOT MIND READERS AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD ACT IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER, AND THEY SHOULD ANSWER QUESTIONS ADDRESSED TO THEM, EVEN IF IT IS TO SAY THAT THEY DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER. I received my second Pfizer shot on April 19, 2021.
