They take great care of my dad, and he's comfortable there. He likes to walk around and greet everyone with a hello, they all respond back to him by name and are encouraging in his well being and progress. They always take time for me when I have questions, I would recommend rehab or long term care.

Went to visit and "break out" a friend for some dinner. The staff made absolute sure my friend was able to transfer in and out of his wheelchair before they would approve. THAT was impressive and shows the level of care the patients receive at this facility.

My dad was here for a month after being discharged from the hospital. The staff was attentive & friendly. The nursing staff & aides were extremely helpful & didn’t hesitate to offer support to my dad when he needed it. The custodial staff was extremely efficient & friendly. The PT/OT staff were outstanding! It’s clear that they want the best for their patients. They were encouraging and empathetic all while establishing & maintaining rapport with my dad throughout his stay. We are very grateful for the care my dad received during his stay at Northampton Post Acute.

Northampton Post Acute has been overly generous with the donation of an AED to our Youth Baseball Association, as well providing AED/CPR training for our coaches. Appreciate what they have done to help our community, our coaches and our kids.

Nurse Lulu is awesome and Aids Pat, Wesley, Adam and others too. They are kind and so helpful to my mom. Pat works so hard does so much for my mom. PT is great they really care about getting patients stronger. I am glad we choose this place.

I have been on medbridge for approximately 6 months. Recently I have been moved to a different hallway and have had a wonderful experience. LULU and Steven the nurses, Ashley the housekeeper and Adam the aide have been AMAZING. I am very pleased with my experience here .

My Mom was brought here for Rehab and I love this place! The entire staff is wonderful and a big shout out to my Mom's favorite Nurse Lulu. She deserves a big raise for making us and my Mom feel welcome.

Just wanted to thank all of you for my help their. It will be a yr in Aug. Believe it or not I am still in a Crow Boot waiting 4 custom shoes...but w/ out all off you I would never be this far. I will never forget all of u especially Tracy getting me to stay...Lulu brightened my day ,Erin, Zac, Melanie.Steve medicines.Gerry for prayers..got that prayerbox..& Blu I am still doing all my exercises every other day..be proud! Northampton post acute has been great with taking care of my mom in rehab. Everyone has been very friendly and the therapist are great! Lulu, Erin, Tracy, Amanda and Carlos have been fantastic with my mom’s care.

I don't even know where to begin my experience with the rehab unit has been been wonderful they have the highest of standards and have exceeded my expectations, I could not be happier with the nurses Lulu, steven,zack and aides Wesly, Natalee, Patricia, Rachel Carlos and therapist, I was completely impressed with staff professionalism and customer service even down to housekeeping service. I spent 2 1/2 months here rehabbing my broken shoulder. The staff was great especially Lulu, Erin, and Carlos. The PT and OT techs were very patient with me and I appreciated it.

With the way most nursing homes are these days, it was, as you can imagine, very hard to find somewhere that I felt comfortable leaving my mother at. Ashley the housekeeper does wonderful in my room. Also Mike the maintenance man is on too of his job always. Zach the nurse goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for all he does! Lulu the nurse goes deserves recognition for her amazing work she does! Laundry facility needs more workers, always low on sheets.

My mother has been at the facility for a few weeks and getting the rehab care she needs. The nursing staff is very attentive and the highlight of Mom's day is her visits from Lulu. She always has a great story to tell and makes my Mom laugh which does her soul good.

I made a visit this week to my one week post op 97 y.o. uncle. Coming in from 4 hours away- the staff was kind and helpful and tried to answer all of my questions. They did it willingly and with smiles. I returned home today feeling comfortable moving forward with the care of my beloved relative from so far away.
