Walking into Spring Village I felt at ease with leaving my loved one in their facility. It was clean, well maintained and all the staff were highly professional. The activities department at Spring village at Pocono is amazing I must say. I was very impressed at how every activity was thoughtfully planned and executed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on their faces. They made sure that everyone was engaged and having a good time. When my mother became ill her care was more then my husband and I could handle by ourselves. We knew we needed help. My mothers condition required constant companionship and her confusion and inability to coupe with everyday life only made her situation harder. A close family member of mine told me about Spring Village at Pocono. After reading the reviews I decided to book a tour. I was greeted by Courtney who spent a good deal of time listening to my concerns about my mother. I was impressed with how the facility covered all the needs of their residence. Upon placing my mother in Spring Village my husband and I saw an improvement in the daily struggle that she was experiencing before she arrived. My mother looked forward to the daily activities offered and made a few new friends. The staff was friendly, caring, and compassionate. The nursing department kept me well informed. I am grateful that I placed my mother in the care of such a professional and well established care home. I highly recommend Spring Village because to my mother it became her home...away from home.

I'm really depressed. Recently placed my mother in law there. She has dementia so I know it's difficult. But, I placed her there with 2 week's worth of clothing brand new! From kohl's. It's all gone! I've been calling for week's. But to no avail.

They r trying to help people with memory problems, my husband mom has been their 4 , 7 months, its clean, very well keep, they work hard, it hard to c some one u love to go through this , not to remember her sons name, she was a Smart, loving woman that, I couldnt wait to spend time with her, so sad to watch a love one, Not understand things, we go see her every week, it a hard thing to watch, both my parents have passed, I have a sister, that I love, her family ( she has 7 kids, well not kids anymore, Thank God 4 my sister her family, I was lucky, I meet a Great man, I miss my parents, I talk 2 my animals, they love u, Never judge u, just show them love, great therapy HORSES R, GOD BLESS ALL, HORSE KNOW IF someone is sick, I know that 4 sure, they r so smart Loving, GREAT THERAPY, ANIMALS, 4 people that need it, I think its great, want to get my mother inlaw, to see my horse, she always asks about my horse, ❤❤ ❤❤

Everything is very clean and the people are very nice also. The food is okay but the coffee is bitter they need to put a little salt in the coffee grounds because they put to much sugar for the taste.

My parents were both residents at Spring Village. I can not say enough about the staff there. They are friendly,kind, compassionate and respectful. They are very attentive to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean, food is tasty (per my parents). My Dad has been on the Memory Care Unity for the past 8 months, and the staff there were the best.

Did a walk through with Courtney this morning. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful - I think this will be home sweet home for my father in law. We can bring furniture and nick nacks to make his room as homey as wed like. residents to hang out

I recently did a tour for a family member and I was really impressed with this facility. All of the staff seemed friendly, and my tour guide really knew her stuff. The rooms I was shown were a good size and clean. It seems really handy to have the hospital be right across the street. When I came in some people were playing bowling and I could hear how much fun they were having. This looks like a great place to live.
