Very clean, well maintained. Building the staff excluding management is absolutely wonderful. Management problems I believe is with Lecom only have management in the facility 2 days a week. Mondays and Wednesdays not good enough to take care of the residents. Too many people wanting to come in. Is it supposed to be a secured place but nobody here most of the week prevent anybody from coming in. People come to visit the place and no management to show them around. We have had people that need help during the week. No management manager says he's only a call phone call away. That phone call is 40. Miles does not help for the immediate problems?
