I am a lifelong resident of the Main Line. As realtors say, Location, Location, Location. Rosemont has that for me as it did when affiliated w/the Presbyterian Church. WASP, YES. However, the finances demanded new ownership. I GET IT. I am comfortable living here.

The Mansion at Rosemont is truly a special place. My parents lived there for 5 years and moved from independent living to personal care. My mother eventually moved into Memory care. The staff is amazing - extremely personal and caring. The admin team, especially Tina (Head of Nursing) and Lavera (Personal Care Administrator) took the time to get to know my parents, and when they began to need help, communicated with me frequently about the best way to navigate their care. This is a wonderful place. I have also seen several friends navigate care for their parents at other communities in the area. None of them got the support or guidance I received at the Mansion about how to advocate for my mom and dad as they aged. I cannot say enough about this place. Aging is hard, and watching those you love go through the process is rough. This community gave my parents a new home and a vibrant outlet filled with social opportunities. When they were no longer able to participate in that way, it was a supportive and loving place that kept them safe and healthy.

This is an exceptional facility. The elevators however are in need of repair and present a dangerous condition. Particularly to seniors who are unable to use the stairs in an emergency! Thank you for the opportunity to voice this serious concern.

Hi and thank you for reaching out. My friend, Jim DiPuppo, is rather new to the memory care unit. Knowing there are strict guidelines for supplies, I purchased Tom's toothpaste which is non toxic. When John Liddic and I spoke 2 weeks ago we put the 2 tubes in the medicine cabinet. When I was there last week they were gone. John was off so I asked one of the girls and she didn't know anything. Today I spoke to John and we looked in the locked cabinets, closets, etc and they were not there. Somebody removed them. I was a little disturbed because the tubes were over $7 each. Thank you

I was visiting a friend who recently moved to a Studio Apt. Everyone was gracious not only to her, but also to me. My friend seems comfortable and taking her time in learning the different meal choices, activities & doctor appts that can be made there for the two visiting doctors assigned to the facility. It was easy parking & gaining access to your complex as well as finding my friend. I believe she will be happy there & I will be back to visit her soon.

I have lived here at Rosemont for 20 years and I have been very happy here. The small size of the community is not overwhelming and the residents and staff are wonderful. Being involved in volunteering gives my life a feeling of fulfillment.

The Mansion at Rosemont is an excellent choice for anyone considering a continuing care community. Our family has had almost 5 years of experience at the Mansion with both Independent Living as well as Personal Care. The facility is beautiful and the staff is dedicated and compassionate. They consider each resident as a family member. There are plenty of activities that really encourage all residents to participate in the community. The food is healthy and delicious. The Mansion also did a tremendous job keeping their residents safe during the pandemic, maintaining a very low infection rate. It was the best choice for us and it is highly recommended.

Once we got a sense of the Mansion at Rosemont we knew we had found where we would like to live for the rest of our lives. The friendliness, the size and number of residents, the relaxed environment, the obvious flexibility and variety of choices for activities etc. were all very positive motivators. The the caliber of management and their obvious caring for the residents make The Mansion the warm and loving place that it is. The small size and neighborhood location takes away any feelings of living within an institutionalized community or environment.

My 90 year old friend moved here about six months ago. The place seems nice enough but she is having trouble meeting new people. Most already have their own groups and that makes it difficult. The care has been excellent. I just hope she adjusts and becomes happy living there. I work a lot of hours and can not get over to see here as often as I would like to.
