I love them. I'm not sure what we would do if they weren't here Updating my review: Lori Miller the receptionist at the front desk is a natural. She always made me feel welcome even if I didn't deserve it. Thanks Lori. Up dating my review: Today when I was talking to my mom who lives in CC was having a chocking issue. This may be a common occurrence for some older residents but if you live 2000 miles away their quick response is very appreciated. Thanks Brandy and Lori!!

If you are looking for a personal care home in the Bedford area, this is your sign to make a visit! Their community is beautiful and the team is amazing! They truly care for their residents' mind, body, and spirit. Their activities are out of this world and there is always something going on to keep them stimulated and smiles on their faces! I would recommend their community to anyone!

Colonial Courtyard at Bedford is a wonderful place for residents! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and always have some sort of fun events planned for residents! They have a gardening club, recently participated in a fun game for national cheese day, had Club CCB which is the equivalent of a club like setting with glow sticks and fun for the residents, celebrated the solar eclipse, there are so many different activities for the residents! Your family members are truly in good hands at this facility! The love and care from the staff can be felt from miles away. CCB was recently voted the best assisted living and best memory care by US News and World Report. With the incredible staff and amenities for residents, there's no doubt in my mind those awards were well deserved!

I do not live here nor have family that does. I follow this establishment on Facebook and the activities they do and how they keep these seniors active is great. Please give your activity director a raise colonial courtyard. The young man is amazing and I hope he never stops posting in our activity directors desk Facebook group. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home for a senior citizen that wants to keep active and feel young and alive. I feel young and alive just by watching Facebook photos

I love to follow Colonial Court at Bedford's Facebook page. The Residents are always engaged and smiling. Tyler, in Activities, has excellent programming that keeps his older friends moving! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an active and vibrant home.

Amazing place to work. I have been in the direct care field since 2019 and I have never worked for a place that shows their employees so much love and respect. I even broke my foot and they are allowing me to work with my walking boot on unlike other places I have worked. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!!!

My family and I have been nothing short of delighted with the excellent care that is being giving to our parent at Colonial Courtyard Memory Care in Bedford. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that all of his daily necessities are carefully provided for and has made him feel right at home from day one. The various activities, goodies, staff and fellow residents have made him happier than we've seen him in quite some time. Many thanks to you all!!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the care he received during a recent respite stay. The staff is friendly, caring, and competent and made him feel very welcome. The care he was given was excellent. The residents were also friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and pleasant. One of their greatest strengths is that the staff members treat each other as friends and this creates a pleasant environment for all. We would definitely recommend Colonial Courtyard at Bedford to others.

Don't be fooled by all the lower ratings this place is top notch, only people who have never been there or employed there have something negative to say!!! Colonial Courtyard gives opportunity for growth and development for team members. I started as part time weekend RSS and am now currently Regional LifeStages Director. The team members go above and beyond for our residents and love them like family. We are always looking for ways to bring vitality and purpose to seniors lives. MAP programs are a creative learning program available to team members also. Stop by and see us!

My mom was at colonial courtyard for a respite stay. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They really took care of all of her needs and made her feel so welcome. In February of 2020 my father will have been a resident of this community for 2 years. He has enjoyed all the activities they have had to offer there. From playing bingo to little road trips that they offer. Now that his health is ailing, he is still receiving wonderful care from the staff and the wellness center there. The employees seem to take an interest in him and knowing what his needs are. They really try to make each resident feel special and try to make it a home away from home. Nice clean facility.

My mother lived here for 22 months until her death in 2017. Now my father-in-law has moved in. If you are looking for a quality care environment for your loved one, I highly recommend Colonial Courtyard at Bedford. The staff is attentive and very caring, the activities are many and wonderful for everyone, the food is exceptional and the "apartments" are very comfortable. Schedule a visit, you won't be disappointed!
