Alexandria manor in bath has a great family feel to it they give the absolute best they can for each and every resident I've watched as some residents were being very difficult with staff and the situation was handled with care compassion and empathy for the residents...... my grandfather resides there and I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything the staff does there

I had to place my grandmother here about 3 years ago. I couldnt be happier with the care she received while being there. The staff were amazing with her and I. They stayed in contact throughout Covid (visits werent allowed) and would even go as far as video chatting me so we could see each other. The staff also managed to keep the facility completely Covid free, which is incredible. My grandmother passed almost a month ago, the care and patience they showed her was amazing. I want to thank everyone there that helped me and my grandmother get through the end of her days. Jackie, Erin and Alyssa were there for us every step of the way. Thank you girls for everything you have done for us

The staff at Alexandria Manor in Bath, PA are all very caring and personable. They take the extra step to ensure that the residents are doing good and help our family in anyway that they can. They are always very nice and respectful when visiting. The director, Jackie, is absolutely wonderful. She has been such a blessing, really an angel in disguise. I admire her work ethic, her knowledge, and the way she can take charge in any situation and run the building.

Excellent facility! My mom spent many years here and has recently passed away. The staff here is incredibly caring and professional. They are currently led by an amazing administrator, she is dedicated, caring and extremely passionate about her residents and facility. Most important, residents arent numbers here; they are human beings that are cared for and loved by staff. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the care my mom received.

Wonderful staff that is dedicated; polite and professional. Dont believe any of these negative reviews; the entire staff is focused on the elderly care and love you would want for your loved ones. Incredible Facility! I have worked within these facilities as a outside home health agency for a good many years. There was a change in management here that has changed the whole feel and aspect of the facility. If you want a facility where the administrator knows your name, knows your loved ones name and knows what is going on with them at all times then Alexandria Manor Bath is the facility you should choose. Being a nurse I see many facilities, I can count on one hand how many facilities I have been in where the administrator gets down in the trenches with the aides and med techs. Seeing an administrator walk away from her lunch because a call bell is ringing doesnt happen very often, but is very common here. This facility runs off of Professionalism, Accountability, Integrity and Love for another human being.
