My mother Dolores resided at Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley for the past five years. We saw many changes over those years, but what remained constant was the caring nature of the staff. Of particular note, we want to recognize the work of Molly, who was the second floor medical technician during the entire five years. Molly provided constant caring and reliable support that helped Dolores feel comfortable and secure. Dolores often referred to Molly as the “angel” who looked after her. Also of note was the support of Becky, the activities coordinator, who also worked with Dolores for the entire five years. Becky and her staff kept Dolores active and moving, with in-house activities and outside trips to the Dollar Store and local restaurants. And Dolores always looked forward to those Nails and Cocktails events. The compassionate care and daily support the staff provided to Dolores was very much appreciated by her and all of her family.

Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley really focuses on treating every resident like a member of their family. The building is beautiful, and all of the staff members are extremely kind and caring. Residents have plenty of opportunities for socializing and engaging in meaningful activities throughout the day. And, of course, the food is delicious (the fresh made cookies are my favorite)!

I would recommend Rittenhouse to anyone who would consider moving there or placing a relative or loved one there. Its safe and the staff is caring and considerate. The facility is well maintained and secure.

We have been a partner with Rittenhouse Village over the years, they provide both personal care and memory care residence options for the families they work with. Their leadership team is engaged and always keeping their resident’s safety and quality of life in mind. They don’t hesitate to reach out to Right at Home when their resident’s scope of care is beyond their capability so that we can provide dedicated one on one care when it makes sense. I believe they successfully leverage their relationships with skilled providers including nursing and hospice in an effective way.

Its a VERY tough and emotional decision to make when you realize that your parents are no longer safe in their house. Rittenhouse Village was the second place we toured and my mom fell in love immediately!! It is beautiful and the staff is wonderful... very caring and attentive. My mom is very social and my dad was not so much .... the transition was easier than expected thanks to the entire Rittenhouse staff . My dad has passed a few months ago and my mom couldnt have made it through without the help and support from the Rittenhouse family. We all are forever grateful that my mom is happy and supported. I highly recommend Rittenhouse Village . They really do care about their community and it shows.

I love to visit this facility! When you work in health care and visit many senior living communities you encounter many horror stories, but not at Rittenhouse. The administrative staff is so welcoming and friendly. The nursing staff is very competent and knowledgeable. The facility itself is gorgeous and the food is delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

What ever you do, do not send you parent here. If you are not there to monitor the situation they will neglect you parents needs. My Mother ended up in the hospital for a fall, but they kept her because she was malnourished, dehydrated with ulcerated sores on her toes. She had lost so much weight, she looked like a skeleton. Thank goodness she fell otherwise she would be dead now.

I have been going to Rittenhouse Village for a few years now to entertain and do Chair Zumba classes with the residents. It has always been a pleasure to walk into a clean, well maintained facility and find residents that are happy and well adjusted. The staff is always attentive and very caring with the residents. I am especially impressed with the care given to the memory care residents. They are always in good spirits, active and well cared for by the staff. If you are considering Rittenhouse Village for your loved one, I can highly recommend them without reservation.

My parents ,Karl and Arlene (and pups,Emmy and Spike)have been at Rittenhouse Village for over a month( move in day was March 23 ). It was quite a change coming from their 4 bedroom house and we all werent sure how it would go... But since our 1st tour with my mom ... we had such a good feeling when we left ... that we wanted to do everything we could to make it a reality... Doug, Becky ,Freddy to mention just a few have really made this emotional transition so much easier... we knew every day being at their house was a potential safety issue with the steps and it was hard knowing they needed more assistance then we wanted to admit .. Rittenhouse worked with us and gave us the information we all needed to make it happen. The community is beautiful and I tell my parents that they are living at a country club... and of course they deserve it!!! Thanks to everyone for all you do! We appreciate knowing my parents are safe and happy!

Beautiful place! Bright, clean, tastefully decorated. Staff is amazing, caring, genuinely concerned about your family members wellbeing. The communication is spot on. The call bells are answered immediately. I cannot say enough about how much we love this place. My father is happy, well taken care of, and we have piece of mind knowing he is safe, comfortable, and treated with respect and love.

What a wonderful, caring, loving place! The staff are genuinely interested in your family members wellbeing. The call bells are answered immediately. There are room checks every hour. The director is personable and simply put amazing. Rittenhouse Village has been a God send to my family. We didn't truly understand the care my father should have been getting all along until he became a resident here. We know he is safe and well cared for. We are very blessed to have found such a wonderful place for my dad.

Rittenhouse Village At Lehigh Valley was very personable, very professional, and caring. The woman who took me around was very kind. She knew the residents we ran into by name. She made a point to stop for a minute to see how they were. It felt good. I really wanted to move my dad there. My first impression of the place was excellent. The staff was very professional but still kind, warm, and welcoming. I love the layout of the rooms. It was immaculate. She said they were going to renovate two of the rooms, (the bistro and the dining room). They were going to upgrade them, and I thought they're already looked beautiful, but she said they're getting older so they were going to upgrade them to make them look a little bit fresher.
