Our experience at Silver Creek has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first time we walked through the doors the service has been nothing but amazing. The level of care and compassion is top tier. Every staff member we have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure excellence. There is always something happening there, whether it is music, art, gardening or exercise the residents are engaged and active. Management has outstanding communication and we are always kept in the loop with updates on care, they are proactive and always become available when we have questions. Staff is well trained and polite. Professional and dedicated staff that can create a warm environment is so important and these guys do it right. The support comes from the top down and it shows! I’ve never had any complaints and I cannot recommend this place enough. From move in to every day living staff here does their best to make my mom feel loved and most importantly HEARD! When I stop in I notice an open doors policy meaning anyone is welcome to speak with management staff! This place is truly special and I wouldn’t want my mom anywhere else!

Silver Creek is the best retirement home I've visited in a very long time. I spoke with Katherine and from the moment I walked in she made my experience worth every second. Jocelyn at the front desk was also very welcoming and did a very fantastic job with being patient with me. I would highly recommend this facility!

This place has been an amazing blessing to my Grandma and our family. She started in assisted living and they helped transition her into memory care very smoothly. The staff is amazing and have become like family. I love all of the community activities that they provide as well as their social media posts to keep us up to date.

This facility is absolutely amazing. From day 1 they have went above and beyond in so many ways for me and my family member. I can not say enough about this place and their staff. The staff are all kind, caring, educated, helpful, patient and attentive. I feel like I have made new friends here. The high level of services and care provided are keeping our loved one feeling safe, happy, active and involved. We could not have picked a better place for our Loved One. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I am a carpet cleaner, and when I came to service this business Jocelyn gave me one of the most thorough job tours I have ever had. She set me up for my work top to bottom and made sure I had everything I need. My job would be a lot easier if she was at every location I work at!

My dad moved here in June after a 10 day hospitalization. Due to his unique medical conditions no one would even come to interview him for admittance to their Asisted Living Facility. We were extremely lucky that the Administrator and Nursing Supervisor didn't just look at his chart and pass on him like other facilities did. They took the time to talk to us and our dad and make their decision to move him in. They did everything to help with the hospital discharge, getting him his medication, and home health services. My dad moved from his own apartment to here and he loves it. We tease that he now has a more active social life than we do. We visit our dad quite often and they are always happy to see us and let us know how he is doing. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for our dad.

My mother received good care when there. She was there for three-and-a-half years and had never lived in an environment like that till then. This kind of surroundings does have an effect on people like that. She caused some trouble, so the staff had a various issues with her. She had dementia, and she had her own ways. I appreciate all that the staff did to help her the best that they could. She was hard on me at times as well. I do however recommend a different billing system as I didn't get an issue resolved till seven months after her dying. The accounting department should be in this country, not Mexico. The activities offered are good. I chose the small setting for my mother because a big setting wouldn't've worked for her. The Memory Care has its own courtyard, which gives the residents a place to walk on their own, if they so choose, or sit on a bench. I would recommend that the dining rooms not be so cold. I thank the staff (some of which are still there) for their communication with me. They were good to me during her presence there and following her death. I especially acknowledge Gladys, Lorena, Jocelyn, and Allison. There were some nice guys that were there too. Some names I don't recall. Check out Silver Creek. See what you think. I thank my Lord God for this place and all of the staff that deal with so much!

This is a nice facility with assisted living and memory care. They have a full kitchen and a large dining space downstairs and they have an elevator to the second floor which has more resident rooms as well. The resident rooms are fully equipped and large sized. They also have a transport bus for activities. There is a dermatologist in sharing part of their large parking lot.

From the moment we entered the facility, I could tell it was a warm and welcoming place. The residents were friendly and welcoming, and the staff was warm and inviting. The facility was clean and well-kept and definitely a place to help elderly improve.

My mother is here in the Memory Care portion of the facility and while we don't have experience with other facilities other than to check them out when we first went down this journey - we are super pleased. The care workers are very kind. The management is responsive and engaged. They have great activities including a Llama Luau and the food is better than we expected. The most telling thing is that the residents are calm and happy. Now that my mother is on a regular schedule and being cared for so well, she's actually thriving much better than at home.
