My Mom moved into Heartwood Place over a year and a half ago. We are very happy with the staff and care that she receives. They are our extended family. They are always ready to listen and always ready to help. I strongly recommend Heartwood Place for your loved ones. The facility is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond and treats your loved ones as if they were their loved ones. If you are looking for memory care, I urge you to take a tour of Heartwood Place. You will not be disappointed.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. Heartwood staff are caring, professional and purposely create a family atmosphere for residents. My mom's care has been exceptional. They truly add their heart and compassion in all they do. They go above and beyond to meet everyone's needs through what can be a difficult time. Beautiful and well maintained facility. I feel so fortunate my mom was at Heartwood.

I don't think I can say enough about Heartwood Place...they took wonderful care of my mother for the last 4 years of her life and my father for a short while until he passed on. We originally looked into Heartwood because of its proximity to my home which would make it easier for my father to visit her every day...which he did except for when Covid hit and visitations were limited. Since we visited every day, we got to know everyone really well...staff and residents. Both the administrative staff and caregivers love the residents and treat them like family. I can honestly say that I don't think my mom would have gotten better care anywhere else. Even though it has been a couple of years since my mom passed on and over a year since my dad passed, I am still friends with several of the staff who cared for them. If any more of my loved ones needed a memory care facility...I wouldn't have them go anywhere else.

The most gratifying part of my job here is seeing the smiles of the residents when i meet their needs. My favorite activity at heartwood is uncle daves music band that comes to perform for the residents.they all love it. And some of them sing along. It's great!

In worked there for a short time I truly enjoyed it but one day one employee her name is Jenifer she and I were arguing over my bucket that had towels and Clorox wipes . She is very tall and intimidating followed me out of the building and was cussing at me . Then I got called into the office they told me stay in my lane . I went home they called and said I would work Monday thru Friday then a few minutes before the service meeting I got called back to the office and let go . Honestly that was just wrong .

I have nothing but Positive things to say about Heartwood Place. The Staff, community & facility are wonderful. My loved one is treated with Kindness, Care & Dignity. Friday they had a Luau for the residents and families. Elvis was there!! He was wonderful. I love watching the residents as Elvis interacted with him. They sing along, clap, tap their feet and have huge smiles on their faces. It is amazing what Music theraphy does for residents with Memory issues. Thank you Heartwood for the Pineapple Jar filled with Chocolate, I won at the raffle. Thank YOU for taking such wonderful care of my LOVED ONE!!!

Great facility! You can even take a tour to see for yourself. The staff all seem very caring and do a great job. I can't understand why some of the reviews are so negative, as this is a truly wonderful place!
