My aunt was here from 2024 to her passing in 2025. They do a fantastic job and I would strongly recommend Heartwood place. It was a clean and new facility with caring staff. The food is good here and the people really care. I'm thankful for the choice of having my loved one here in her final year. They gave her real dignity. They really worked with us as a family to help make her experience as happy as possible. They have a lot of social or supplemental activities to support residents. They did a good job with communication with us.

Can't recommend Heartwood Place enough. The staff took such good care of my dad in a difficult time. They regularly strategized with us about how to help dad be as comfortable as possible. They coordinated effectively with a great hospice program as the end approached. If we were to do it all over again, his wife and I would make the same decision to go with Heartwood -- kind and patient folks who cared a lot about dad (and us).

My husband has been here for almost 2 years. The care has been exemplary. The people are always smiling, nice, and friendly. Heartwood place is always clean and smells pleasant. I am so glad we found this place for my husband with dementia. Update: my husband passed away yesterday. And again, the staff at Heartwood Place were amazing these last few months as he deteriorated. He was not easy as he got yet more confused, but they were there for him, and for me the whole time!

I was provided a tour at Heartwood Place by Jeni Marks, who was very sweet, knowledgeable and took her time answering all my questions. I was very impressed by this community when I first walked in. It Is very clean, beautiful, smells nice and has the friendliest staff that greeted me during my tour. This community is by far, the nicest memory care that I have toured and I have toured many. Highly recommended

I had interviewed, I was really happy to be there, and excited, they made wait for hour to call me up, they give me the job on spot, i thought the ED really liked my performance, next day, she calls me, and change her mind due to my past employment history, why would they give you a job first and not wait to until, she investigated first from my past, she made me look stupid with my family and friends, very unprofessional. For the future, they need to tell you after your interview, will give you a call , and decided if we can hire. Not professional, what ever I did, in the past or something they didn’t like about me, we all deserve second chances, everyone does mistakes, but I haven’t done something criminal

My Mom moved into Heartwood Place over a year and a half ago. We are very happy with the staff and care that she receives. They are our extended family. They are always ready to listen and always ready to help. I strongly recommend Heartwood Place for your loved ones. The facility is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond and treats your loved ones as if they were their loved ones. If you are looking for memory care, I urge you to take a tour of Heartwood Place. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Heartwood staff are caring, professional and purposely create a family atmosphere for residents. My mom’s care has been exceptional. They truly add their heart and compassion in all they do. They go above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs through what can be a difficult time. Beautiful and well maintained facility. I feel so fortunate my mom was at Heartwood.

I don't think I can say enough about Heartwood Place...they took wonderful care of my mother for the last 4 years of her life and my father for a short while until he passed on. We originally looked into Heartwood because of its proximity to my home which would make it easier for my father to visit her every day...which he did except for when Covid hit and visitations were limited. Since we visited every day, we got to know everyone really well...staff and residents. Both the administrative staff and caregivers love the residents and treat them like family. I can honestly say that I don't think my mom would have gotten better care anywhere else. Even though it has been a couple of years since my mom passed on and over a year since my dad passed, I am still friends with several of the staff who cared for them. If any more of my loved ones needed a memory care facility...I wouldn't have them go anywhere else.

I have nothing but Positive things to say about Heartwood Place. The Staff, community & facility are wonderful. My loved one is treated with Kindness, Care & Dignity. Friday they had a Luau for the residents and families. Elvis was there!! He was wonderful. I love watching the residents as Elvis interacted with him. They sing along, clap, tap their feet and have huge smiles on their faces. It is amazing what Music theraphy does for residents with Memory issues. Thank you Heartwood for the Pineapple Jar filled with Chocolate, I won at the raffle. Thank YOU for taking such wonderful care of my LOVED ONE!!!
