The Tigard Woodland Heights facility is amazing. The activities director takes such care of the residents and does her best to provide a wide variety of ways for the residents of all types of personalities to interact and lead better lives while living there. I highly recommend.

I went into this community one day visiting a friend and doing a little marketing. The place was clean and the staff greeted me at the door and they wanted to ensure that my needs are being met. I was given a tour and the residents were engaging with the Director and each other. It felt full of love and happiness. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. At the end of the day its all about love and thats what I felt there. Thank you all for all you do!

Woodland Heights Assisted Living is a great community for senior citizens! It has a family atmosphere and is located on beautiful grounds with lots of shade trees and flowers. There is a large covered patio out front for residents and family to visit and enjoy some fresh air.The activity program is great. They have had the same activity director for 4 years and she treats the residents like family. She talks with the residents to find out what they like to do, so the activity schedule is always changing and full of fun stuff. There are a lot of shopping trips, lunch outings and scenic drives.

We are sorry you had such a bad experience Mrs. White. I have been with Woodland Heights for 12 plus years and no such complaint has ever been mentioned.We recently went through the State Survey and were deficiency free. This means that all departments passed in accordance with the Oregon State laws for assisted living.There are other facilities with the name Woodland Heights in Oregon, and sometimes this gets confusing. Please feel free to call our facility anytime and speak with our Executive Director, and she will take the necessary steps to follow up on any such incident as we take these comments very seriously.
