I've been there for 3 years now and it's only gotten better. I'm stoked to be a part of a staff that loves being there and continues to get better daily. These people are incredible and want nothing but the best for our residents.

My Mom has been at Cascadia since 2020. They have consistently struggled to maintain sufficient staff, and the situation is getting much worse. I had really hoped that their new Executive Director would make the changes he promised, but that has not happened. I've been searching for another place for Mom. I have reported them to Adult Protective Services twice. In the mean time I feel like I need to be there multiple days per week to check on her because their staffing is a catastrophe. I know it's difficult to hire and retain staff but they are prioritizing their finances over resident care and it's totally unacceptable. Stay away!

Jessica Clemons was a delight to work with. She exuded professionalism while being compassionate. She genuinely cares about the residents. She always made herself available during the process and was kind to my mother in law.

This review is specifically for Jessica Clemence. We just moved my grandfather to the assisted living side and her assistance during a very challenging time was invaluable. Not only was she incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, she acted as the friend I needed during the move. She continues to be a great support system for both my grandfather and me and I am so grateful for her. I sincerely hope his new level of care and quality of life will mirror Jess’ wonderful service she has provided through the rest of his life. As he just moved, I cannot yet speak to the value of care provided by other staff members. I hope to be able to update my review to include this in a few months! Thanks, Jess, and keep up the good work. 🙂

My parents are here, they feel like they are on a forever cruise ship! The staff is so kind and helpful, like a family. We love Bella she was so great in helping transition from their place, there was so much to do in a hurry when my mom was let out of rehab with a broken hip, Bella was my go to for everything, actually everyone there has been wonderful, My dad really likes their fun Friday evening entertainment. Thanks for all you guys do!

You could not ask for a more compassionate (residents, staff and management) community to be a part of. We looked at so many places for mom to live in, and knew when we walked in the door that this was her home. I am so grateful for everybody at Cascadia Village, they made our relationship go from "caregiver" back to mother and daughter. The community has a home like feeling that you could not get anywhere else, everyone is always smiling and they always stop to talk to you in the hallway. I could not thank everybody enough for everything they did for us, they made us feel like a part of their family from beginning to end.

My mom loves living here, the staff are caring and compassionate. I can call in at anytime and they are always responsive. As my mom's abilities have decreased, they have been wonderful to work with to add services as needed and I don't have the worries that I will have to mover her again.

As a man with an older parent, an assisted living facility has the potential to be horribly depressing. Cascadia Village is NOT one of those places. The staff is great, the facility is great, the grounds are great my mom (90 years old) loves it here, and I don't need to worry about her every day.
