Hello, my name is Karin Cape. My mother Marguerite Cape has been receiving care from your agency for approx. 3 months. We have had nothing but the best experience and I would highly recommend senior helpers to anyone needing caregiving services. All of her caregivers have been excellent, professional, patient, and compassionate. I could not have asked for a better experience. Please give special thanks to both Jasmins, Tineete, I hope I spelled her name correctly. Also, Kendra, Ruby, and Marina. If I missed any of the girls, include them as well. In addition Dara and Connie have been fantastic and instrumental in arranging schedules to accommodate my mothers needs both preoperatively and postoperatively after her total knee replacement. I will say that everytime I call, the staff answering phones are wonderful in delivering messages so I hear back promptly when I have had questions. Thank you all so much! Karin Cape

I love working for a company that gives back!!! The office staff all graciously participate in community events and are working hard to change the model of in home care. The client services team members are dedicated to their seniors, and even purchased an electronic dog from the Alzheimers store so she could have a more meaningful activity! Their Caregivers and management quickly become family and strive daily to keep their seniors happy, safe, healthy and AT HOME for as long as they want!! Its nice to see an in-home care agency that leads by example everyday to not only their seniors, but also their staff!

My family has used Senior Helpers for the past 6 months for weekly visits to assist our mom. It has been an excellent experience for my mom. A very nice care giver named Shiela was very nice and polite and went above and beyond helping our mom out. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers of Salem. Also , I had a minor issue with accounting but Lila and Samantha were very prompt and extremely helpful in resolving the small issue.

I am happy to have such good coverage to help my 93 year old mother remain in her home where she wants to be. She is provided with help to go shopping and to medical appointments, as well as light house work. Senior Helpers also prepares her pill box for the week and calls for medication refills. This is invaluable service for my mother and our family.

I worked for Senior Helpers for a little over 3 years and I absolutely love this place. I always felt respected, appreciated and supported by everyone I worked with and everyone cared both about our clients and coworkers. Im definitely going to miss working so closely with the clients but I know that they will be well cared for by other caregivers within the agency.
