Gibson Creek is a very well maintained, beautiful facility. The care staff are very attentive, respectful, and helpful. The kitchen staff cook up fresh, delicious food every day and the servers are prompt filing orders. Activities here range from fun games, exercises, happy hour, movies and even therapy animals! Just to name a few. The activities director is very good about making sure the residents are out and socializing, if they want too.

No help for household things, no one answers the buzzer when you call, no toilet paper, no light bulbs, no one to clean, no washing machine!, snd ants snd flies on the bedroom! Save your money—go elsewhere!

Ive been coming to Gibson Creek for 3 years. The staff is very caring and understanding and are very understanding of the wordempathy. I have seen the caregivers and med aides work with residents and it melts my heart to see all the love they put in to their jobs.

My friends and family recently had a loved one who spent her 9 days on hospice at Gibson Creek. The staff were absolutely wonderful - attentive, caring, upbeat and nurturing. They made sure the spouse was amply fed and she said the food was fine, especially for an institution. They provided great care, the place was nice, peaceful and clean. Highly recommended!

I was visiting my daughter at work. I took a seat in the lobby to wait for her. I was with my grandson. I started feeling shaky, sweating and clammy to the touch. I sent my grandson to get my daughter. She came and checked on me and she immediately got the nurse to check me out she checked my blood sugar and it was low, she got me some orange juice and something to eat. The nurse monitored me until I felt better. The nurse and other staffed who worked there were very attentive an knowledgeable about my condition. I would say if or when I needed a facility I would consider Gibson Creek. After seeing what level of care staff gives to the residents.

My husband and I moved to West Salem last November and his father was in a Assisted Living in Monmouth and we had heard about Gibson Creek and thought it would be worth checking out as it would be really nice to have dad living closer to us. We loved that it is all 1 level and that it is a smaller community. We moved him here last June and I asked him the other day while visiting if he was happy where he was at...he said yes and said there is only one thing I am not happy about....why did it take so long to get here! Thank You to the people who work at Gibson for taking good care of my FIL. When I asked what he loves most he said the big windows in my apartment the fact he can have a cheeseburgers any time and the Executive Director. Once again Thank You!

Horrible connection speed, stability, and price. Website is a mess, and pricing and plan details are difficult to get details on. Edit: Google just sent me an email saying this review was marked useful 100 times but to be honest Im not sure how it got here. It sounds like a review Id write for CenturyLink. I wanted to clear that up, Im adjusting my review score so do I dont mess with their rating. Apologies to those effected, idk why the review got misplaced.

I brought my mom here to get the feel of what assisted living was and everything that Gibson Creek had to offer her. I was amazed by how the staff was with my mom and how they cared for her and her needs. I was very heartfelt when my mom I had a diabetic reaction and her not being a resident there all the staff and RN ran to assist her and her needs. We observed everything and everyone and I can honestly say when the time comes,no will be bringing my mom here.

I am a new team member and I really love the team atmosphere and the way that everyone pulls together to make sure the residents come first. I know that we have been a little under staffed lately but everyone is putting in the hours necessary to take care of the residents without complaint and with a good attitude and a smile on their faces. The residents love it and seem to be happy with and very attached to the staff as well.

Im so excited to be working at Gibson Creek Bonaventure. The staff members really have a huge heart for the residents. The Executive Director Heather Arnisan is super sweet and runs a tight ship. The residents are always smiling and a huge part of that comes from happy employees. I have some of the most amazing conversations with the residents and seeing them happy is one of the most rewarding feelings a person can have.

My long time neighbors sold their house and moved into Gibson Creek a few months ago. I had the first opportunity to visit them and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and the food was good. I had a wonderful visit with friends and they both enjoy living at Gibson Creek.

I have worked at Gibson Creek for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The staff really care for the residents and only think about their well being. The food is great, I eat it all of the time. It is like a family here. Because it is a small community it is easy to really get to know the residents. I would highly recommend coming and taking a look at the community and apply if you are looking for a job because it really is a great place to work!
