My husband and I moved into Capital Manor nearly three years ago. At the time, we didn't think we were quite ready. Two months ago that changed. My husband (age 90) fell and had a hip replacement. The CM staff and services they provide have been amazing -help speed his recovery and easing my caregiving while he remains at "home". Living at CM is a pleasure. We enjoy the residents, food, activities and especially the staff who are friendly, kind, attentive and truly enjoy what they do. We highly recommend easing gracefully into old age at Capital Manor.

We highly recommend Capital Manor Retirement Community. We moved here five years ago and are very grateful for our decision. This is a friendly community amongst residents, management, and staff. After discussing the particular aspects of becoming a Capital Manor resident and answering all our questions, Maria took us on a tour of the facility, including a couple of units, a library, the pool and fitness center, and many other features. She then treated us to a delicious lunch at the 1963 Grill, which was great!

All of my visits to Capitol Manor, to visit friends, I leave feeling like this is a very nice place for my friends to live. Field trips, music concerts on site, and lots of activities keep a active social life for the residents. Thumbs up!!

Haven't visited here in years! My career in long term care has given me a pretty fluent understanding of choices throughout the PDX/Salem areas. Visited a good friend in one of the cottages and had an incredible Sunday brunch in one of the dining rooms. Very impressive and extensive community and worth exploring for anyone looking at retirement/aging community living options.
