This facility is not only beautiful and clean it’s run by a wonderful team that is extremely knowledgeable in Senior Care and they know their residents like they are their own family. April Reinhart (Executive Director), Ella Minton (Health and Wellness Director) and Stacey Calhoun (Sales Manager) are an incredible team. Caring, efficient and professional- just world class group of professionals.

Had a great meeting with Stacey. She explained everything Brookdale Salem has to offer. My brother and I met with some of the staff and were given a tour. The community is very welcoming and will be a great place for family to feel safe and meet new friends.The price is comparable to other facilities we visited. However, Brookdale seem to have more activities to offer.

I observed the care at this facility and it was very heart felt and attentive. They used two people to assist with care when the patient had an inoperable fractured femur. The dementia patients seem happy and well cared for with lots of interaction from staff. Having worked in several care homes in my youth and 10 years of home health I would say they are fortunate to have such caring kind attentive staff

If there was anything positive to be found in the darkest of days...it's Brookdale-Salem. I needed a ' home' for my family member and a home is what he got. The communication, the care and the humanity they brought to not only his life, but ours as well. They literally hold up the whole family. The staff treated me like family every time I entered the door. I can not say enough about this place.

If you are looking for a facility to place your loved one, please consider this one. My sister was in need of memory care and I feel so blessed she is in Brookdale. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are loving, kind, attentive and truly care about the residents. The have developed an environment that encourages families to be a part of their loved ones care.

We moved my auntie to Brookdale from a different memory care. The difference is night and day. My family is very pleased with the care and especially the communication. We always know how she is doing. She is much more content and Brookdale. The staff really care about her and it shows. Highly recommend.

No one wants to be placed in a memory care facility but my almost 99 year old mother in law has resided there for just over 2 years now and executive Director Belinda Hamilton and her entire staff have been just amazing. Covid time has made things more difficult for family visitations as well but in spite of all she somehow manages to keep all things working top notch. I highly recommend the facility for anyone who may have a family member with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Always lots of smiles on the residents faces whenever we are able to go for a visit,.
