I recently had family in from California. I asked Charlie (Head of Kitchen Services) if I could have a large table and host a dinner for them. He was so gracious and helpful. He had the table beautifully decorated with a white table cloth and a centerpiece. He made sure my family knew how to order from the menu and came around often to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious as always and my family was very impressed. Charlie could not have made it more delightful and enjoyable!! Thank you Charlie! You are a prince among men!! Also, a quick note... I would also like to give praise to the wait staff. They are cheerful and helpful every single day. Everyone made the experience so very memorable! Thank you.

This property isn’t just good—it’s exceptional. Without hesitation, it’s my #1 referral choice, and I confidently recommend it to all my clients!

The elevators went out and it's taken, literally, weeks to repair it. An elevator people need to get around, to get food, to get outside. Horrible!! The working staff is awesome, but the facility? Nope. They did not replace the emergency buttons on the walls in the rooms after removing them. They had fire sprinklers go off in the middle of the night. The meals are definitely NOT Blue Zone meals at all with processed meat for lunch and oily buttery dinners. Linus Oakes just let the best RN in history go today for no apparent reason. Dana should get her job back! My dad has been living there for three years and moved there because they had an RN who is awesome. His wife died two years ago suddenly while they both lived there. Rehire Dana or risk more negative reviews and an article written in the newspaper about letting her go. (Everyone below the management gets five stars, they all work awesomely as underpaid employees from Forest, who works nights, on down the line. The management who let Dana go? They should be the ones who go, especially the multi-million dollar salary head guy.)

I recently had the opportunity to tour their units, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are meticulously maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Each unit appears to be in excellent condition, with modern amenities and a well-thought-out layout. The staff were exceptionally professional and went out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their knowledge of the property and genuine willingness to help made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Overall, the combination of well-preserved units and a dedicated team makes this property stand out.

What a fantastic and caring staff! I was worried when my great grandma had to move to a retirement home but the staff has been so knowledgeable and welcoming that it really has been a wonderful experience.
