Just incredible! After a terrible experience at a rehab facility in Beaverton, I was recommended The Cottages for my elderly neighbor who has dementia and broke her hip last month. Kristi and Emmy are terrific! Welcoming and so helpful! The facility is nice—live music, beautiful residents getting their hair and make-up done—and the rooms are fine. What matters is the care and support given to the residents, and it's also top notch!

Overall a good place to have your loved one being taken care of. Care giving is a hard job. The Cottages were understaffed and under trained. The family needs to be on top of what is going on. My momma lived there for approximately 3 years and when she passed away nobody from this establishment said or sent their condolences . The caregivers are not trained as they should be.

When our dad developed Alzheimer's in 2018 we were stuck trying to find a place he could afford. Then we got a tip about Pacifica, aka now the Cottages. I cant say enough good things, The staff here is so caring and helpful, kept us informed about everything, from his doc. visits, falls, change in meds, They would do a call every month or so to keep us informed. They have lots of different activities for the residents to keep them busy, have great meal plans, a beautiful outdoor space that is safe for residents to roam. When dad had to add Medicaid we did not have to move him & they were very helpful. Our dad seemed very happy. In July 2022 he lost the battle and passed, the staff made sure we were prepared and to go see him before he passed. When we went to pick up his things The Cottages left a beautiful quilt & a quilt prayer for him. We thank everyone of the staff that worked with him. Our family highly recommends The Cottages a big 5 stars

Pacifica Portland is an amazing memory care community led by an amazing executive director. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are taking great care of the residents and all are well fed and not one thing left out for them.

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers a couple of years ago. I tried so hard to keep her with me but as her disease worsened it became so hard to deal with her and her issues. I searched for a home to place her in and found what I think is the best place anyone with this heartbreaking disease could be safe in and well cared for. From the office staff to the care givers to everyone that works for Pacifica, these are some of the most caring and concerned people I have met. My mother has changed so much in the short time she has been living there, I have seen an improvement in her attitude and yes even in her health. She gets involved in the activities they have for their residents whereas when she was still living with me she didnt want to do anything. So as I said before...this is the very best place and I am so glad they take such good care of my mom.

My dad was in Cottage 8 and passed away early Monday morning of this week. The last night of his life, my sister and I spent a few hours with him and the NOC Supervisor, Delecia. She was and is amazing at caring for residents who are at the end of life. She provided him with such loving care, making sure he was comfortable, making sure we had what we needed, answering any questions we had. Her care for him was absolutely focused on giving him comfort and compassion.

You guys are always helpful and caring. The funnest and liveliness place Ive seen. Not a senior living facility thats down and low and you can see it in the residents faces. Happy people and good atmosphere!! Both staff and people who live here. Hope your around when I finally need somewhere to go!! Wish I can give them a 10 out of 10 to be honest!

We just put our mom into Pacifica Senior Living Memory Care. She is in level 1 care in a more active cottage. The staff is caring and attentive. The place is clean and there are activities to keep them busy. The food is so so.

Our Aunt moved into Pacifica the end of October 2015 and my family and I couldnt be more pleased. From the moment we met with Tory Thompson, we were in experienced, caring hands. We followed Torys move-in recommendations to the letter and after the first few weeks, all our worry and dismay over such a difficult decision had vanished. Our Aunt is so happy at Pacifica and so well cared for. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, from Michelle at the front desk to Tim the head of maintenance. Our Aunt takes part in all of the activities, lead by the warm and wonderful William. The care staff in her cottage couldnt be better. She is happy, safe and loved. If you need help with a loved one, talk to the folks at Pacifica. You wont regret it.
